Touch of the Moon by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: "Remus dreaded the full moon the way men in classical literature feared love." He's been hiding his 'furry little problem' from Tonks, but Remus learns that a secret, like the past, has a way of catching up with you.

Great! Just like the other one. I notice you didn't write in first person, which is a random observation, but I liked it. It would have been hard to write that in first person I think. *Shrugs* Anyway, you did that well, but maybe Remus was a tiny bit too smug-ish? I like his reaction to Evan, hehe. Hey 'Evan' sounds annoyingly like 'Evans'. Any reason for that? Oh well.

Author's Response: Evan Rosier was one of the names of Death Eaters rattled off in the books, so I thought it would be fun to make his son come to life. I pictured Remus as doing some positive self affirmation after looking in the mirror, seeing a bloke over a dozen years of hard life older than Tonks, and needing to reassure himself that while not perfect, he's perfect for her. 'Blue Moon' is my first multi chap first person pov fic. I don't think it suits most types of stories, but romantic suspense is one of the genres it fits well. Hope that answers everything. :D

Everything and the Moon by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: "Perhaps there was such a thing as being too much of a gentleman." After giving Tonks an ultimatum, Remus finds faith, not drowning sorrows with Sirius, is the only thing that makes waiting bearable.

Hello again! This is great. It's always interesting seeing the other characters' pov's. I liked the bit about the Patils too. I also like your charactarisation of Sirius, you have a knack for that! It's different but still the same, seeing him as a friend (and drinking partner!) rather than a godfather! That was great. But I'm getting siriusly sick of that pun! Hehe. I can't think of anything to improve on! 10 again! I'm off to read the sequel, you're lucky I waited long enough to write this review, lol ;)

Author's Response: I feel very fortunate, both for your review, and me getting into town to find internet. I'll get it soon, but I miss it so...the Biblical phrase "weeping and gnashing of teeth" comes to mind, lol. Thanks!

A Wolf in the Moonlight by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: When her old pal Rory calls in a favour, Tonks searches for a missing girl with the help of her new love Remus and his 'dog' Snuffles

*Sequel to Once in a Blue Moon*

*Ch 20 Quote*

It was the happiest Christmas of my life.

I read this chap on the other site, and it's great! Aww, sweet... ^_^
*Sigh* for Tonks. And lol at the creepy Santini guy! Heheh.

Author's Response: Funny how some readers think Santini is cute, others creepy. He could be the nicest guy in the world, but since he\'s lusting after her beloved Gran, old Marco gets narrow eyed suspicion from Tonks! -_-

Ahh, fantastic, amazing, bloody brilliant last chapter! I liked Smash, that was quite sad... Imagine being stuck a teenager for all eternity...
It's well written, you can really get me right there with the character, it's as if I actually know your Tonks. The presents were very sweet, and perfect!
Thanks heaps for mentioning me! ^_^ I liked the Alcott names, very clever hehe.
Anyway thanks so much for a fantastic story for me to look forward to on the weekends! I'm going to read the next chapter :D

Author's Response: Hey, you inspire, I give credit, \'cause I\'m grateful! I know people who can\'t think of anything to write....and I never want to be like them! :D

You\'ve got a great way with words. That\'s exactly why I used first person, so you could get into Tonks\' head and really know her. Thanks so much for the compliment and for looking forward to weekends! ^_^

Ooh! I agree, how could you leave us hanging like that? Heheh. I loved this chapter, it's so sweeet! You're brilliant at the romance stuff. Looking forward to the Cami one shot, yay...

Author's Response: I can promise not to leave you hanging in chapter 20! Next chap, though....*whistles and looks away* :D It\'s gray outside today, but there is sunshine in my heart thanks to your kind words. Thanks!

Yay, thanks for posting on another site! Those kids are so cute, they just sound so much like a little brother and sister. Remus reminds me of Professer Bhaer from Good Wives, well, kind of... Yay that he's good with children, that's so sweet! I like the title too, and the poem, it's very romantic :D
Oh yes, I like Mr Tumnus too, James McAvoy (was it him?) was rather good... Anyway, great chapter! ^_^

Author's Response: I adore Louisa May Alcott! Got the whole set although \'Little Women\' is my fave. Tonks is very like Jo, clumsy, blunt, appealing, and Remus is like Professor Bhaer (minus the facial hair and German accent! LOL) I was so happy you thought so too, I ran grabbed the book and will now quote what always makes me sigh when I read it (don\'t know if they\'ll let me space it properly, but I\'ll try!)

\"Ah! Thou gifest me such hope and courage, and I haf nothing to gif back but a full heart and these empty hands,\" cried the Professor.

Jo never, ever would learn to be proper; for when he said that as they stood upon the steps, she just put both hands into his, whispering tenderly, \"Not empty now,\" and, stooping down, kissed her Friedrich under the umbrella.\"

Ah! Lovely moment, and I thank mein Gott for romance, and reviewers like you! ^_^

Oh, and I like chap. 14 too, false alarm, lol.

Author's Response: LOL @ \"false alarm\". Gracias! :D

Sorry this review is so late! I guess the next chapter will be up soon, it must be early friday morning where you are but I'm not sure. I live in New Zealand *points at nickname thingy* and can never remember the time zones... Anyway, that was very funny, especially the "Mrs. C" part. What better way to annoy someone like her? I loved reading that. And I agree it is rather disturbing to think of anyone's gran going on a date! I felt so sad for Remus, that was written really well. He didn't have to lie about the job either but he did, that was really sweet. He deserves a girlfriend like your Tonks! It was a great chapter, the characters were as convincing as ever. :D Did you want me to read about your Valentine's day? ;)

Author's Response: I'm a better late than never person, so your review was timed perfectly, lol. More disturbing relative romance next chap, heh, and after the Rosier party, Tonks will find out more about Remus' job. Thanks for giving such a sweet review! I was joking about V-Day, and besides, mum always told me not to brag. :D You never know with pen names, but must say v. cool you being a (is it Kiwi?). I'd love to see where they filmed LOTR! ^_^

:) That was great, I liked Debbie and Andrew. LOL, Scrummy Uncle Colin! Remus is sweet, and I like the Latin. The bit with the drinks was quite funny. Heh, now you've got us all impatient for Sirius' bit! Short review, but I have to go, I hate homework! See you next week!

Author's Response: It always makes my day to hear you like the oc's! ^_^ I promise the dog will have his day in a chapter not too far away now, lol, and think of the one shot that will post with it. Ah-woo!

Author's Response: What excellent taste you have! ^_^

Wow! That was brilliant! Sirius always makes me laugh ^_^ and Remus and Tonks are so sweet... *sighs* heheh. Yeah the changes of scenes were done really well. Yay for J! Well, for finding him anyway. That was nice of Evan, to tell Tonks about the werewolf thing. He's an interesting character. The zombie scene was great too, especially with Sirius. Oh yeah, I read the Sirius one-shot and it was so sweet! Yay for sweetness! Yes, fanfic stories are an antidote, lol - *is scared of Big Brother* 10 for this and both one shots, again :)

Author's Response: I hope sneaking over to another ff site doesn't mean you won't review here *cries at thought*. :D Thanks for the fabulous review- if only stars were dove chocolates...Mmmm.... LOL

Hey it's me again, just saying I thought "Salute" didn't have an 'e' on the end. I may be wrong though. Heh.

Author's Response: You're not wrong, I was just careless, lol, and will fix my little faute, error, right away! Thanks for having sharp eyes! ^_^

Aww, everyone's in love! I can't wait for Sirius and Cami! It's very sweet. Hoping for more J's. And looks like we're all puzzling over the fortune ;) Keep it up! Lol, we were both joking, but hey! :) Yeah LOTR rocks :)

Author's Response: Chap 10 has Joey Jenkins...and perhaps another J, bwahahahaha.... Not much longer after that and Sirius stuff hits the fan! :D

Yay, they found her! Need answers now... You seem to be getting very good at writing those cliffies! ;)
I like your OC's, they are very convincing, as was the concert.
Yes, what an interesting conversation... I too think I would die laughing if I heard Snape say that, but it would depend on how he said it, lol! Hmm... Alan Rickman looked good in Sense and Sensibility.
Tamora Pierce? Her pairings are sweet, especially Daine and Numair (was that right?). It was cute, he used a lock of her hair as a focus. Her books are alright.
Anyway, 10, even though they don't do those rating things anymore ^_^

Author's Response: Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not just for the fab review, but for inspiring. You get props along with a FF reader who thought the same thing about Remus and Professor Bhaer in the next A/N, since you inspired part of the chap!

AR in Sense in Sensibility probably inspired those vile \'Snape gets a makeover and is hot\' stories. I loathe them. Either you think someone\'s sexy as is, or go be Mary Sue with someone else! :D

Thanks for the ten...back atcha! ^_^

Oh yeah, New England, I'm a speed reader ;) heh. Yay! Mystery!!! I look forward to the next chap. :) Hehe Remus makes invisibility sexy! Just think how Tonks would have looked... *laugh* Anyway Rory seems pretty flirty. But nice too. A "charming bastard" indeed, lol. Avoiding eye contact, he's lying *gasp!* Hmm, Remus is proving quite a distraction for Tonks. What would they do without Sirius? The wand thing was pretty funny. So yeah, nice chapter! :D

Author's Response: Thank you, thank you! What's it like, speed reading? I'm very fast, but always thought speed meant you didn't get to savour every lovely word. Of course, with dull material, that would be a very good thing! More distraction for Tonks next chap! ^_~

Yes, such a lovely quote! *Sigh*... Romance stories and chocolate, some of the sweetest things in life.
Yay, can't wait for the poems! :D And you both have to let us know when you get something original published ^_^

Author's Response: Yay you liked the quote! I think every writer here would shout for joy and beg every reader to go read if they got published, heh. I agree wholeheartedly about romance and chocolate....Mmm, Mmm, Good! :D

I think I'm addicted to this story, too! Yay, Latin is fun. I wish I took that instead of French! Darn students, always think they know best, but then I am one so... I should know! I wish I had a Remus for a teacher. I like the fortune cookies. Very scary, like the memory charm... Hehheh, Snape, I quite like Alan Rickman's voice though, lol! Yay for European spelling. And yeah it is useful speed reading, but of course I don't do it all the time!!!!

Author's Response: If they hadn't given Rickman such an awful wig! I'm one of the few that don't think Snape's a bad un, but even those who do have to admit that like Darth Vader with the voice, he's got it goin' on, LOL! Good thing you don't speed read all the time. I'd hate to think you zipped through my story and then had to think 'Did I enjoy that? Yes!' :D

Hm, I don't think my review came through, so I'll try and write it again. I think I'm addicted to this story too! Latin is fun, I wish I took that instead of French! Darn students, always think they know best. How annoying. But then I am a student, so... um, I should know! I like the fortune cookies. Very scary, and the memory charm... something tells me they're related! Hehheh, Snape, but I kind of like Alan Rickman's voice, lol. Yay for European spellings! And yeah speed reading is useful sometimes but of course I don't do it all the time!!!

Author's Response: I got the review, but didn't mention the spellings, but I agree with you- yay! I figured if I'm writing about British people, from their pov, I should use their spelling, so I'm trying my best. My word UK program tries my patience, though. It counts both s and z as correct, so if I sometimes don't realise it, blame Microsoft, heh.

Yay, that was funny, and sweet :) Everlasting gobstoppers? Lol. Actually I kind of like cliffies in a way, even though they are torture, they give me something to look forward to! But that's just me being optimistic ;)

Author's Response: Yay for founded optimism! As opposed to unfounded, you know there will be something to look forward to. :D A rollercoaster ride with Jim, Colin, and Rory is coming up!

Yup... very cool. Another cliffhanger, a talent of yours I see! ;) And it's so sweet, again. You know if I were new to Remus romance fics, this one would definitely make me have a crush on him! :D hehe. Sirius is so well done! I'm sorry for him now. And yup I like King Arthur stories. I like the name Nimue. Hehe but that's off topic. Scotland? Cool! :D

Author's Response: New England, actually, just looks like Scotland on the peninsula my house is on. Very scenic, but I was bitter about the lack of internet. I still don't have the fast kind, but I'm hoping the company will make it out here by Spring, which I'll look forward to more than flowers. Well, I hope to deepen your appreciation of Remus at the least, heh. I like Nimue...you may see that come up in a future chap...and I'll give you proper credit. :D
