I love two things: Harry Potter and writing. I am also an aspiring author, and I am honored to do fan ficion for J.K. Rowling's wonderful series.

Regarding relationships: I do them, but only canon ones (e.g. Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, etc.). The only non-canon ship I like is Neville/Luna (and even that got a bit in the movie, or so I heard...).

Hope you like my stories!!!

I'm George Weasley! by ravenclaw1997

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:

George Weasley has decided it's about time to propose to his girlfriend of one year, Angelina Johnson. How will he do it to make it worthy of one of the greatest pranksters Hogwarts has ever seen? Will he make Fred proud with a silly proposal, or will he crash and burn, failing miserably?

I guess you'll just have to read to find out.

~ Complete! ~

Back to the Burrow by Kiara Avalon

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: The last unwritten chapter of Deathly Hallows, tying up loose ends. Here it is: not as good as Rowling would have written it, but a softer ending all the same.

Nice story. It's true, what you says, that it 'ties up loose ends.' Good job.

Author's Response: Thanks for saying that! I appreciate it :)

The Question (Again) by Northumbrian

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •

Half romantic, half Harry-running-all-over-the-place-here-there-and-everywhere. Nice job!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. -N-

Loony by keara96

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A free-verse about, in my opinion, one of the most wonderful characters in the Harry Potter world.
Reviewer: canufeelthemagictonight Signed

This, to me, is a very inspirational poem. It really stresses the importance of just being yourself.

Then again, I guess that's what Miss Luna Lovegood is all about.

Chocolate Frog Cards by panda_patronus

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Hermione never gave much thouhgt about Chocolate Frog Cards, but she always has loved one in particular. When the man on the card surprises her, she finds that now they have more meaning to her than ever. A short little R/H fic.

Awww...it's so sweet. I like it. Plus, it's a neat idea to have the C.F. cards change to accomedate new developements--such as somebody dying, or a genius girl getting engaged to a certain redheaded wizard...*cough*

You get a double thumbs up on my thumbs scale.

There's A Light That Never Goes Out by Alice Mac

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: To die by your side, well the pleasure; the privilege is mine - The Smiths

War is not a place for children. But then, is it a place for anyone?

Colin Creevey may be a child and not the most threatening weapon the Light has to offer. But he has weapons of his own; bravery; heart; loyalty; spirit, enthusiasm; love - he has them all in abundance and doesn't know if they're enough but it doesn't matter.

Because he needs this - to be a part of something. To help take back what was taken from them. And if he doesn't make it, he leaves them without regret. Because he was right where he needed to be; next to the people he needed to be with.

This story has been nominated for a 2012 Quicksilver Quill Award in the category Best General Story

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • Feature

This story, written in the style of a series of letters, first appeared in The Battle of the Genres over at the SBBC forum.

I am not JK Rowling. She would probably have been more amusing.

This story is for Minna because it was her birthday and she likes this pairing.

Thank you Natalie for liking the drabble and encouraging me to expand.

Great story. Percy was totally in-character, Audrey was wonderful too, and now, thanks to you, I will NEVER forget the "i before e" rule again.

Author's Response: Oh no! Don;t apply it all the time as I have recently discovered (via QI) that the rule is no longer taught in schools because there are more exceptions to the rule - eeep! Ha ha - okay, thank you very much for the review. I did love writing this story and am so pleased with it's reception. Thanks again ~Carole~

Math made up for, however, by the perfect Neville/Luna. I will go down with this ship!

Oh, and was the Hannah reference deliberate?

Author's Response: Lol...glad you liked it. And yes, it was...although actually, Hannah Abbott appeared (extremely briefly) in the original chocolate in the library scene.

Home by The_Real_Hermione

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: She sticks her tongue out and catches a snowflake on it. She feels like a child again. Then she remembers that she is only seventeen, barely out of childhood. When was she last a child? Before she had to grow up and fight and suffer and worry and grieve and feel so old, so tired, as though there is nothing left that this world can offer her.

Ginny tries to face her first Christmas since the war, without Fred, without the usual joy, having lost many of her friends, but most importantly without Harry.
Reviewer: canufeelthemagictonight Signed
Date: 11/04/13 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

I love this story. Harry is so annoyingly noble, and Ginny is perfectly in-character as "the strong one trying to hold it all together." Write more H/G, please!

Author's Response: Hi, thanks so much for your review, it's lovely to still get reviews quite a while after I wrote the fic! I'm glad you thought they were in character, but I'm not sure I'll be writing more of this pairing... I never expected to write them in the first place, I always have a lot of difficulty writing both of them. But if inspiration strikes I certainly will. Thanks again for the review. ~Katrina

Five-year-old girls with no front teeth, what can I do but ramp up the cuteness. Glad you liked Bill and Charleie, too,
