Hi! My name is Manuel, or Alex, though I prefer the latter. I am a 21 year old university student and I have recently been inspired to study creative writing. I am kind of a late comer into the full-blown HP fandom, I've recently read all the books and started reading fan fiction and since then I've basically been obsessed, for lack of a better term. I been working on some stories, so hopefully I'll have some work up on here soon. My OTP is Harry/Hermione, though I do like the idea of Ron/Luna. Some of my other interests include: drawing, comic books, listening to music, and playing and watching basketball among other things.

Many things are different now. Potions class is the least of the trio's worries. Battling dragons would be a welcome alternative to what it is they're attempting to battle now. The Order of the Phoenix is hallow without its leading member. And when someone close to Harry is stolen, Dumbledore's rhetoric of love, hope, and faith is challenged. Harry's strength and resolve are pushed to their limits. Loyalties are tested and new leaders emerge while Harry and Hermione struggle to balance new emotions and uncharted territory. Yet while this time after sixth year proves to be drastically unlike anything Harry's ever experienced, some truths remain, and some affections stand solid.

It in not that I believe that they are madly in love or anything, but I do believe that there is a whole lot of unresolved tension there. This is the culmination of one of the places in canon I think shows this and provides plausible evidence that I am not mistaken.

I really am trying, but I had most of a chapter written. Then my computer rebooted, and for whatever reason, the file didn't save, and I lost about 2000 words of the last chapter. Every time I try to rewrite it, it doesn't feel right or capture what I had in the first version of it.
I am still trying to rewrite it, though. I have about eight different versions of it, but I'm not happy with any of them. Once I reach a good place with it, I will post it right away.

Harry married Ginny, Ron married a nice unknown girl, and all was well ... until 2015, when twenty years after the last Triwizard Tournament, Hogwarts decides to hold yet another one. During the first task, Harry gets the shock of his life when he sees the Beauxbatons champion, Rose Granger, and especially when he sees her mother. He seeks out to find answers, but they're not what he expected.
