Hi! I'm Nidhi! I'm GinnyPotter on the beta boards.
My OTP is Harry/Ginny and my favourite character is Ginny!
I am also a very proud RAVENCLAW!.
I don't like anything non canon-expect for 1 AU fic-.
Pairings I don't like are: Drinny(I hate it!) Dramione, Snamione(ugh!), Drarry(ugh!) and Harmony(which I don't find as bad as others, though I won't read it).

For genre's I like: next-gen(I will read anything in next gen), Post-Hogwarts(same as above), Romance,(only canon), and Poetry.

You have a slight mistake with the date. Lily and James were killed on the 31st of October, so this should be set on the 1st of November. Great Fic!

Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. As for the error, I think that Lily and James were killed on the evening of the 31st of October, but Harry was taken to Privet Drive on the night of the 1st of November, as people had been celebrating all day beforehand. Therefore, this scene would've taken place on November 2nd. Thanks for the review!

Author's Response: Yes, they are his grandparents. As mentioned in the summary, however, he doesn't feel any kind of closeness to them, and therefore calls them by their names.

Molly Weasley Jr cannot leave Hogwarts, for she cannot leave her best friend behind.

This was originally written for the Illustration for Inspiration challenge over in the Great Hall, however it wasn't long enough and I didn't have time to rework it in order to post it in time to qualify.

The title is inspired by the Chicago song 'If You Leave Me Now'.

Wow! You can really feel the emotion in this! The same thing happened to me.(the challenge thing). I had claimed something then I didn't have time to write it. I'm always curious, how did Fliss die?~Nidhi

Author's Response: Thank you! I worked really hard to try and convey just how much grief Molly was saddled with, so it's great to here that the emotion got through. It's funny, I deliberately didn't go into detail as to how Fliss died, as I felt it would be more powerful without it, and that it wasn't really about Fliss, it was about Molly. So I actually haven't decided how Fliss would have died, which probably sounds a bit weird considering it's the basis for Molly's grief! Saying that, in my head I don't think she was murdered. I think her death was accidental, which contributes to Molly's inability to come to terms with it. Perhaps a sudden illness, or some kind of freak accident. It's really down to how you interpret it and how you picture it yourself :) Thank you for the review, Fenella x
