Where do I start? I've read the first chapter now and I must say, it makes me uncomfortable.

Apart from the fact that while Draco is a jerk, he probably doesn't have the balls to do something this vile, Hermione would never let him anyway. She would fight him, I am sure.

Here, however, she just seems to shrug this rape that you are - hopefully! - trying to portrait as horrible off, and then there's this scene:
"I didn't want to do this now. At least in my room I would be able to have the comfort of my bed to cry in to sleep but now I'd have to make the long journey to the Head rooms in all my pain."
Seriously, *that*'s her major complaint here?

As I said, I've only read the first chapter, but I really hope you're not going to turn this into a Hermione/Draco romance. Rape never starts a romance.

This is such an interesting premise! I wish you would write more about it.

Fragmentary Blue by Hatusu

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary:

The whole world has gone crazy, tipped on its side, changes happening so quickly that Harry can’t keep track of them all. He isn’t at the centre of it anymore – he’s drifting peacefully somewhere on the very outer rim, and he likes it this way, and he never wants to go back.

He has a dream one night. Soft hands lift him out of his bed. He opens his eyes and their faces are like maps of a country he’s never been to but has always wanted to go. They say they’ll take him to a place where all he has to is breathe.

He says okay.

After Voldemort's defeat, Harry struggles to come to terms with love, death, and the end of innocence. One-shot. Rated for very, very mild sexual implications.

I loved it!

Christmas Gifts by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

The gift was the exact size of a ring box from a jewellery shop. One glance at it had been enough to send a chill down Lily's spine and almost enough to make her say, "You shouldn't have." She loved James, she just wasn't ready to get married.

I loved this story! I love how you showed the relationship between Lily and Petunia, but my favourite part was the phone call between James and Lily.

Author's Response: Thank you! It was fun to write. :)

The Solitary Prewett by hestiajones

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Molly had always wanted to be a Healer. So why did she run away when she had the chance?

Many, many thanks to the opaleye and Equinox Chick for their help and inputs! I love Molly Weasley and side-eye people who see her only as a baby-producing machine. If you're one of those people, this might not be the fic for you.

DISCLAIMER: No, JKRowling is definitely not me.

I really liked it, especially the parts about her loneliness.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review :)

All in the Genes by Equinox Chick

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: When Lily Potter is humiliated by her brother, she sees her chances of a date with the lush Greg Cadwallader disintegrate. But rather than hide away in the kitchens, she decides this time that James has gone too far. She wants revenge, but how does she get the punishment to fit the crime?

Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling or have any drop of Weasley pranking blood in me.

This story is for Olivia (Apollonius) who likes a certain ship as much as I do, and has written the odd prank in her time. Happy Birthday!

Never Discussed by HalfASlug

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:

Harry waits for someone to meet him at Godric's Hollow on Christmas Eve. This is a story about growing up, moving on and remembering your past without taking it with you.

H/Hr friendship with a bit of H/G

Baby Boy by ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:

Andromeda Tonks lost everything after the war except her infant grandson, but when he approaches adulthood, is she afraid of letting him go, of being alone, or that she didn't do enough to steer him in the right direction?

Of course, children are always full of surprises.

This is a (slightly late) present of birthday-ness for the wonderful Sophie/the owl. She's a great writer, supreme beta, fabulous reviewer, and wonderful friend. I'm so glad we bonded over fic, because it would just be wrong to never get to know you. ♥
