Hey, way to go. No body ever seems to write about Bellatrix anymore! I myself like writing about her. There was just one thing I noticed- you say Bellatrix was pale, when actually it describes her as dark in HBP, chapter 2.

Oh my god, I finally back to reviewing!!! Anyway, your first chappie was pretty good in all. But (and you'll find that there are always buts when it comes to writing) the first paragraph was a little repetative. You focused more on Lily's surroundings than on her. Having said that, I'll give you a nine. Keep up the nice work!

Even though I didn't think very highly of the beggining chapters, this one was rather well done. It showed the difference between two boys who are often depicted as almost identical in the world of fandom. Lily played her part well. Her charcter really shone through in this chapter despite a rocky start in the beggining. Good job.
Author's Response: Thanks for this really kind review. I really enjoyed writing these two chapters (are you talking about the third or fourth chapters?) The first two chapters were my first attempts at fanfic, but when I wrote those two chapters I had two chapters, as well as a serious, dramatic (OK in my opinion, dramatic) one shot under my belt. In other words, I feel I matured as a writer in between those chapters. This review is proof. Thank you.

Umm, some parts were funny, but mostly it was really hard to read. I don't like to give out crit., but I think a little now and then is neccessary. Your dialouge was kind of... unpunctuated at times, and your grammar needs improvement. You also need to add more detail to the story, whether it's a humor fic or not. Otherwise, I thought it was very funny- I loved your imitations of Trelawny and Dumbledore, and that bit about "bald, retarded..." was funny, too. Good job!

This put me through a bit of pain. I'm a Bellatrix fan and I'm a Bellatrix/Rodolphus shipper, so I believe they love each other. But don't worry. That didn't lessen my liking of this story, in fact, I've added it to my favorites. It was so beautifly written, and it is hard to come by a story from Rodolphus's point of view, so it is superbly original. I felt like crying for him a few times [okay, I'm in love with the guy] especially in the last sentence. That's so tragic! This was amazing, I've never been so attached to a fanfiction. I prefer this one to my own actually. And Belonging To Bellatrix definetly dominates my favorites list right now. Kudos to you, and God bless!
Author's Response: Oh, thank you for such a lovely review! I realise what high praise it is, especially coming from a Bellatrix/Rodolphus shipper. And I know what you mean, I\'ve come across different interpretations of their marriage myself, and I\'m open to other ideas about their feelings. I\'ve just always noticed how much attention Bellatrix gets in the books and how Rodolphus is barely mentioned, and I figured that she must be a VERY difficult woman to live with. ;)
This was written over a year ago, but would you believe it - the other day I suddenly got a new Bellatrix/Rodolphus \"plot bunny\". If I get around to writing it and publishing it here, it will be with the greatest hopes that it will also win your liking. Again, thanks for the wonderful review!

Oh man, I thought Ginny was going to go with them. I don't know if I was really satisfied with this ending, but it's your story and you have the right to end it any way you want. Your writing was still brilliant though, and I'm sorry that there won't be any more chapters. I liked how you characterized Ginny throughout the story, adn that is a big, big compliment because Ginny is probably my least favorite character in the books *runs and hides from Ginny fans*. Ahhh! That was awesome. I was going to review all the chapters together but I was afriad I'd run out of time and have to leave the computer. This is definetly going on my favorites! It's very nicely written, and absolutely loved the part about Ron screaming that he loved Hermione. This is all very original. I've never read a fic where Ginny is unhappy about the end of her and Harry's relationship. She's usually playing "the Saint" where she's all understadning and what not. You definetly made her more human in your fic. Good Start! Now I'm on to chapter two!

Oh! Ron always over-reacts! Poor Hermione! Poor Ron! I mean, he loves he NOW after she's going out with Ernie (by the way, that was ingenious!) and Ron finds that out AFTER he snogs her and then he finds Harry and Ginny eazvsdropping on the whole thing. It's quite the teenage tradgedy. Very inticing! Hope chapters three and four are just as good!
