Hey, I don't really know what to write but here goes. I'm 17, in grade 12 at a school in Vancouver, and I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter.
I started reading fanfics to fill the gap between the fourth and fifth books, and I just thought I'd try to write one myself.
I'm mainly a shipper of Draco/Hermione. I know Ron and Hermione are probably gonna get together in the real books but I think both her and Ron and her and Harry are too good of friends to date. Hermione and Draco have so much mystery and danger! Total star-crossed lovers.
I hate the whole teacher/student ones like Snape/Hermione, and the slash ones like Snape/Harry or Harry/Draco. I just don't see Harry Potter that way.
I read basically any ship, except, of course, slash or teacher/student ships. If you have a good story that you'd like me to read and review, just let me know! I'm always looking for good stories, and I'll be glad to review! :)
I currently have one story posted. It is called 'Friction', and it's actually my second attempt at a fanfic. The first one may get posted later on once I edit it; it's severely unbelieveable and it has a very detatched plot.

Excellent beginning! I felt that since you went through all the trouble to review all of the Draco/Hermione stories, you deserved a review from me too! I really like the beginning, and I like how you don't give away exactly where it's going in the first chapter. We seem to have one thing in common: killing Hermione's parents. Although, I killed both... hehe evil me. Just a little constructive criticism: there are a few, very minor spelling and grammar mistakes... however, you seem to be right on top of that as you appear to now have a beta reader, so good for you. Anyways, keep up the excellent writing, and thanks for your review! :):):)
Author's Response: Thank you! Yeah, as people mention them, I keep going back to fix the mini errors. It really is a curse; I can find all the errors in anyone else’s writing, but never in my own :)! Yes, I love the idea of Draco and Hermione together (even though JKR has already crushed my hopes of this ever happening), and I know how frustrating no feedback can be, so I took it upon myself to read through and review every fic no matter how much I disliked (or loved!) it as it progressed.
As you requested, I read your story, and here's my reivew! I really enjoyed the story, even though I'm not a huge Hermione/Ron shipper. Your grammer and punctuation were exceptionally well done, and, although it lacked a litle bit of flow and coherence at times, it was still very well done and well written.
