Ok, so here's the scope on me--I'm 18, Canadian, and am obsessed with Harry Potter (fairly obvious, considering the fact that I am on a Harry Potter fan site--but just in case, thought I might as well make that crystal clear--ahahaha...). Hmmmmm--in terms of interests: writing, history (especially ancient civilizations), and sketching/painting (I prefer acrylic--it doesn't take too long to dry, blends nicely, and the colours are perfectly vibrant). What else is there to add? Read my fic if you can (it's a James/Lily fic--I'm obsessed with the genre)--I love input, so I would greatly appreciate reviews (be constructive, but nice please!! lol). Well, that's about all you really need to know, and thus I shall depart--I bid thee fare well!!

Ok, firstly I must say that this was absolutely and utterly spiffing... simply divine. Wow, Adele sounds like a great character (heehee, the reason for that: she sounds like me... except potatoes are to her what nutri-grain bars are to me... hahaha, wow). Next (due to my obsession with English and literature), I would like to make a correction to the definition you gave for one English term ... you said that a metaphor was a comparison between two things using "like" or "as". Here is the correction: a simile is "a comparison between two things that are essentially dissimilar... the comparison is directly stated through words such as 'like', 'as', 'than', 'similar to', or 'resembles' ". A metaphor, on the other hand, is "a comparison between two things that are essentially dissimilar... the comparison is implied rather than directly stated". Ok, I'm done with my rambling, although I would just like to add the fact that YOUR PLOT RULES!! Yes, that’s right... your plot rules. I love how you have James and Lily getting together and all... and I loved that part with the random musical outburst... that was great. K, I must depart now... I have tonnes of homework to complete that I haven't had time to do yet (due to the fact that I was down for this UBCCC thingy, and they gave us no time to do homework, but that's ok because they had this absolutely incredible library!! wow, you should have seen it!! hahaha, sorry, I had to add that, I was so excited... anyhoo... I should go do that...).

That was fantastic. I read it a while ago, but my computer wouldn't let me review (ahhhhh *grinds teeth* I loath computers... at times... what ever...)... anyhoo, I looooved all that tree climbing!!! It reminds me sooo much of when I was little (I was the tree climbing queen... oh yes, ruler of the world)... sigh, those were the good old days. Anyways, I can't wait for you to update, this story has me glued (I'm as stuck to it as duct-tape is stuck to it's roll... gotta have duct-tape)... ack, the evening is progressing however, and I think my chemistry won't let me wait any longer (I hate studying chemistry... 'tis a horrible thing). Well, I did do quite a bit of rambling... heehee, oh well, "au revoir!"

He decides to look back on his entire Hogwarts years and write down his list of things not to do at Hogwarts.
