If you're looking me up, you probably like my stories, so thanks! Hope you've left a review; I'm always glad to get one.
Three stories--Harry 5.5, Harry 5.9, and Black's World--form my Saving Sirius trilogy. Black's World was awarded an Order of Merlin, First Class for Best AU at Fiction Alley. Enjoy!
What a clever way to get Draco out of the doghouse with Voldemort! Is something going on between Snape and Narcissa (nah, never happen...!)? Nice insights into Draco and his plans for the future if not for the death of DD. As always, lovely interlude between Pansy and Draco.
Author's Response: Hi, Laudomia! Yes, well, leave it to Snape to have the plan! And it also got him in a bit closer with the lovely, lonely Narcissa. *smirks* Thanks for such a kind review. I'm happy to see you are still interested. Lots of action will be coming up toward the end. -SIW (Did you see the art with Draco and Snape and Narcissa? lj: romance_slythrn)
Loved the new spells. They’re very clever (like their inventor). It’s a hopeful sign that Draco and Pansy will be able to stay in touch!
Author's Response: Hi, Laudomia. Thanks for continuing with the story. I had so much fun creating those spells. Hmmm....now what spell would Draco like to use on Kevin? lol Yes, those two were made for each other, but the universe seems to be stacked up against them. Thanks for staying with me. - SIW
Well, that does it: You’re stuck now. How can you possibly write a more romantic/sexy chapter than this? (Will my heart stand it if you do?)
Author's Response: Laudomia, I\'m dying laughing here! So you liked that, did you? *spews coffee* Well, I suppose I\'ve got to try, don\'t I? I\'ll give you a warning if I think it might do you in. We can\'t have a scandal! - SIW
Wow. Lots going on in this chapter. With friends like Millicent, who needs enemies? Why is she pushing Kevin on Pansy? Good thing that Pansy didn’t fall for the drivel. Snape’s rooms and the passageway system were wonderfully creative--great ride--and then they ended up where it all started. Too bad Voldie had to get in their way!
Author's Response: Hi, Laudomia! In the beginning, Millie\'s intentions were honourable. She wants her friend to be happy, not depressed, right? When Pansy got in her face, Millie decided to let her have it. She knew Pansy wasn\'t on the top of her game, so she struck. Well, Pansy is the alpha, and Millie better watch out! There\'s a new picture at the Romance, Slytherin Style LJ of that scene by tbranch. Millie is right, there aren\'t too many quality pure-blood wizards that are that attractive left! If Pansy\'s stuck marrying some awful schlep, then Millie has to hear about it for the rest of her life, right? It\'s a self-preservation thing for Millie. lol - SIW
Loved how Pansy turned around the situation with Emmy. How very Slytherin! But, oh, the plot is thickening. What's going on with Kevin, eh?
Author's Response: Hi, Laudomia! Yes, Pansy is sad these days, but she's still a cunning Slytherin. That Emmy - nitwit! Kevin is her back up plan...Thanks for reading! -SIW
Wow! Don't think their romance could be any more perfect. I'm worried about this arranged marriage thing, though. V's not likely to want his plans changed. Still, how can these lovers be kept apart? They'll find a way. Lovely job, SIW.
Author's Response: Laudomia, yes Pansy and Draco were made for one another. Soft on the inside, tough on the outside. But there should be no doubt about their love for one another. The wizarding world marries younger, but lives longer. I hope you had a chance to see the full size art for this chapter. The links are on my bio page. Hmmm...I wonder what Volde will do when he finds out? Yikes! I wouldn't want to be Draco then. - SIW
It is so interesting to see the canon events through Draco's and Pansy's eyes! Harry spying on them--that was rude, wasn't it? They way you write them makes D&P real people with a lot of depth. Thanks! Now, I'm off to read chap 7.
Author's Response: Hi, Laudomia! I just had to add that tidbit of Harry snarking! heh, heh Your words are too kind...oh do go on! lol I promise to have more soon! SIW
The story just keeps getting better and better. Oh! I did love Draco's reaction to Kevin--watching another guy playing up to his girl. Then Myrtle shows up... Hope Draco and Pansy have a great time amid the bubbles!
Author's Response: Laud, And you did go on! Squee! I just couldn't pass up the opportunity for the three-way interaction. Did you see the art work for it? It's on my LJ. Myrtle... you know she had to be there! I know Draco and Pansy did have a very special evening amid the bubbles. Thanks for keeping with me! SIW
Wonderful, clever, and so true. Loved Minerva doing "a Snape" and Albus admitting he was a cradle robber. "Very unusual foreplay, to be sure, but pleasant and satisfying for them both." *dies* I'm still chuckling over "A friend, a pet and a lover…all in one wonderful person"!
Author's Response: Again, you always pick up on my favorite lines..."Very unusual foreplay, to be sure, but pleasant and satisfying for them both." I know, if I ever have another small flash of brilliance...I trust you will be the one who recognizes it! All two lines so far...but we can hope! Thank you so much for your kind words!
There are so many gorgeous lines in this, I don't know where to begin. I think these are my favorites: He had learned this from Bartemius Crouch. Even though he had been a maniac that had smuggled his Death-eater son from Azkaban and kept him hidden for years, the man had been a sartorial god. and The well-worn copy of Prefects Who Gained Power drew his eye and he sat at the table to peruse the already memorized text. Poor old Percy, alone on Christmas Eve. He should visit his mate, Ebenezer Scrooge. Well done, Wiccan!
Author's Response: Laudomia, my dear! So great to hear from you again! You did pick up on my very favorite line...I was rather proud of 'sartorial god'. Forgive my self satisfaction, but I really chuckle at that. Thanks so very much for reviewing! Your comments always mean a lot to me!
I really enjoyed this depiction of Luna. Her sensitivity to her environment and ability to speak Dragon is completely believable. How interesting to know that dragons aren't the mindless brutes that wizards consider them to be! You’ve given me an entirely new perspective on dragons. Thanks!

The insights into Charlie—his jumbled rucksack, his ineptitude at Transfiguration—were excellent. So funny to think that he’s spent all this time around dragons but allowed preconceptions to limit his understanding of them. It’s clear that Luna will be a revelation, too. I’m looking forward to the next chapter.
