Yay! A decent explaination! Well done, I'm glad you didn't just leave it at "Avada Kedavra killed Voldemort," because that would have left some gaping plot-holes. Well done!
Okay, that was a little out of character for Harry. He KNOWS what's going on with Ron and Hermione. Something this obvious would not confuse him like that. He'd know the very moment he saw them holding hands. This chapter felt like more of a filler- nothing really to hold the attention.
Hmmm... a bit too easy. Voldemort is not supposed to be that easy to kill. And regular shield charms aren't effective against more powerful spells; only basic, simpler spells. Certainly not the Killing Curse. I'm going to keep reading, though, because I'm intruigued by the whole scar thing. Stories that have this in it are usually really good if they're well-thought-out enough.
Percy dead... saw that one coming. That's a very popular one because people want to have drama and emotion from killing someone off, but they don't mind so much killing Percy since nobody can stand him. I hope your version of the scar disappearance will be coming soon!
That was wonderful. It was especially touching for me becaue my name is Mallory. It made it seem much more personal. Very, very well done!
It's Remus and James at St. Mungo's, that the note at the end should be from- that could confuse people.
Thanks for another great chapter, I'm really enjoying your story!
Ahhh!!! Oh no oh no oh no... this is excellent so far, by the way. I have commented yet because I've wanted to keep going on with the story but this... is... just... AHH!! Oh man. I can't take the suspense. Excellent, excellent story indeed! I'm loving it thus far!!!
I know this chapter is a very different one, but I believe it's my favorite so far. It really builds up anticipation, since we all know what's going to happen, and the three last sections were very effective. Well done! l loved it!
Thank you. It was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. You are a talented writer, and I hope to see even more from you!
Yours in Potterphilia,
Mallory
Very well done! This was a barrel of laughs- you're so clever! I particularly enjoyed the whole "Merlin's moustache" bit. Excellent story!! It really was hilarious.
Author's Response: Thanks, I\'m so glad you enjoyed it and read it right through to the end. Appreciate the review!
I KNEW IT!!! I KNEW IT I KNEW IT I KNEW IT!!!
Thank you for making my suspicions come true.
Though I'll admit the "anvil-sized hints" were plentiful. But still, that gave me great satsifaction.
Poor kid! I can't wait to hear the backstory to that. And yes there WILL be a backstory. There had just better be! You're way too good of an author to leave that enthralling plotline out!
Love it!!!!!
Author's Response: *lol* I\'m pleased to hear that you were right, and even more pleased to hear you think I\'m a good author.
Oooh so many questions, so many loose ties, so many cliffs! I'm SO hooked!
Author's Response: *giggles* Yay! I\'m pleased!
I really like the whole Lily and Peeves idea. Very clever and amusing!
Your fan,
Mallory
Author's Response: *blushes at having a fan* Thanks.
Hmmm... this has promise! I'm very intrigued. Can't wait to read more!
I find it a litlle awkward that James calls Lily "Evans," especially since she is his wife, and because that's no longer her name. Is it just a pet name, or is it some other type pointing something out? Hmm...
I really love this. It has nice flow and is easy to read and understand... it's quite a relief from a lot of fics I've been reading lately, with frequent spelling and grammar mistakes and a hard-to-follow plot. Very well done!
Author's Response: Thank you so much. I\'m so glad you enjoy it so far.
Oh wow. This is fantastic. I'm simply eating it up! This Millie girl has got me so curious, and I absolutely adore Catherine! I seriously sat here with this huge goofy grin on my face the entire time I was reading this chapter- it's the kind that just makes you thoroughly happy, you know. You have quite a talent.
Author's Response: *blushes* Thank you. I\'m delighted to hear that. That was exaclty the reaction I wanted to this chapter.
The suspense is killing me!
Author's Response: *lol* I\'m happy to hear that.
I haven't been reviewing much in my eagerness to keep reading, but this is still fantastic and I can't get enough of it!
Author's Response: I\'m glad to hear that. :)
AHHHH!!!! I was FREAKING OUT when I read this chapter! It's him it's him it's him I KNOW it's him!!! It has to be, the hints are enormous! Oh man, when I was reading that I was freaking out, I wanted to scream at them and tell them to just A.K. the stupid bird! Gahh!
But my spazzing while reading aside, this chapter was, as you can probably tell, very good and incredibly riveting. Oh man. I need a break; I'm far too wound up. Excellent, excellent, excellent job!
Author's Response: YES! That was exactly the reaction I was looking for (though I doubt either kid could AK the bird).
Ah, that was excellent. Thank you for the fantastic fic and the engaging read. I enjoyed it immensely and can't wait to read more from you!
Yours,
Mallory
