You have a good story here. There are a few grammatical mistakes here and there, but that's the beta coming out in me. I can't read anything without noticing them anymore. Your descriptions are great; I can picture what's going on and where Draco is very clearly. I don't agree with the ship, but you did a wonderful job making it work. I enjoyed it.

I just found this today. That's what I get for not paying attention, I guess.

I noticed how much you've grown as a writer since you wrote the stories under your other account. Your descriptions are great. Not that your other stuff isn't good, but I would never know that they were by the same person.

I can see what other people are saying about Fred and George not being extremely different, but I think this story really worked well the way you did it. After all, who wouldn't overreact when faced with the death of their best friend?

My only nitpick: it's spelled Diagon Alley, not Ally. I'm a beta. You can't slip these things by me. ;)

Overall, wonderful job!

You have a great first chapter! The plot is very interesting, and I am eager to keep reading. Your characterizations are good, especially Hermione's. It seems like people have a hard time writing her, but you did an excellent job.

I can't wait to learn more about Niobe; she seems like an exciting character. I was hoping Lupin would come back, but I think I'll like her just as much as I love Lupin. =)

I love the idea of the hand-fastening marks. That's very cool and original. I'll have to watch out for the next chapter! Wonderful job, Leah!
