Hi everyone!
Well, seeing as MNFF has been updated and is all shiny and brand new, I thought I'd update my account to match. Not much has changed- just the layouts (gorgeous by the way, I'm currently favouring the Ravenclaw one despite being a Gryff *hides*), some contact details for me and this entry.

The Ever Secret Diary of Sirius Black by Amalynne
Rated: 3rd-5th Years •Summary: Sirius Black is dead, but a memory of him still remains. Rummaging through Padfoot's old possessions, Remus finds a bit of the past in a diary. Sort of a Tom Riddle's diary experience with a 16yr old Sirius Black.

It's brilliant how you can write such long chapters without them once getting boring or tedious. I really loved this one, it showed us Sirius from a completely different side and also shpwed how vulnerable he really is. I'm intrigued to know where Lily is going, and imagining Sirius in a limo was a pleasant experience :) Well done on another great chapter! 10

Nooo!! Sirius don't snog away your troubles! You love Elise, you do you do!! Ack, that was an amazingly good chappie, but it was very depressing for us people who think Elise rocks. Also, did you say what tatoo James got in the end? Because I missed it. *sighs dreamily at thought of tatooed Sirius* Well done, that was a great chapter and I really enjoyed reading it. Hooray! :)

Wow, really really great. I liked the side affects of the potion. The spell Sirius cast was hauntingly spooky, great description, good scene with Elise and a great way to get James to being a chaser ;) Over all- brilliant chapter once again.

Author's Response: Ooh thanks! yes, I just updated. I've been trying to update for about two months now (an exasperating business, the mods are anal). You are so cool to check by so often, all you reviewers are so awesome.
Life has been busy and so I'm going to give the weekly update. I'm currently working for a local paper so I have very little free time, and I'll be going on vacation soon so I hope to have a nice long chapter ready for the lot of you.
My 17th b-day approaches and so I will be making Sirius 17 as well... *sigh* I know, but we all must grow old.

Summary: Giving high school essays a Marauder twist, this fiction is centered around the idea that some seniors in high school are require to write a letter to incoming freshman before they graduate. At Hogwarts, Seventh Years are given an assignment to write such a letter for the new First Years. Sirius decides to actually take an assignment, well seriously...sort of. He decides to look back on his entire Hogwarts years and write down his list of things not to do at Hogwarts.

YAY! You updated! And what an update. The list was hilarious, Sirius was oh so attractive (even in print) The rest of the marauders were excellently characterized. My fave bit was Sirius and McGonnagal's 'tete a tete' about his essay. I'm sad there is only one more chapter to go, but when it is finished I swear I'll read the whole thing through again AND i'll review you other fic. xxx

The chapter itself was good, but the list seemed kinda random because the only thing it related to was the Slytherin common room and they hadnt been caught doing that. Do you see what I mean? Probs not. Im still giving you a ten because I love it.
Author's Response: In most of the chapters, Sirius hasn't yet been caught doing the item on the list it relates to. That's sort of become his whole purpose in doing most of these things now, in order to add them to his list. He's been at Hogwarts for 7 years, he knows what he's not allowed to do by now, so he's just surmising...get it? Thanks for reviewing, hope that helped you out.
