Hi! I'm Marti, short for Martina, but everyone calls me Owlery... in the potterverse, that is. I'm an american 22 year old witch who feels that her calling is to write, as a muggle author, about the wizarding world in order to promote more friendly muggle/wizarding relations. This, fan fics, is part of my quest, which I take in happily despite the ridicule I recieve from my collegues in both our worlds. After all, the survival of each world depends on the other. Sorry, but this isn't good. Harry and Malfoy? Please! Now, maybe I could see it if something greater had happened between them to draw them together, but Malfoy was just so horrible to Harry... I seriously doubt that they would come together like that... but this is just my $0.02. I'm not a slash-shipper, at all, but I have read some that were decent. This was just so unreal. Sorry.
Author's Response: I'm sorry that you don't like my story. I don't resent your comment, thanks for the constructive criticism. I know the 'getting together' wasn't that great, but it's always hard to make two different people who wouldn't be toghether in real life get over the bumbs.

Oh my word! This is one of the best stories I have ever read - aside from the real ones, that is. EEEEE! I loved it! I found Harry's confidence absolutely refreshing, and the way you have all these battle tactics worked out is amazing! The relationship between Harry and Ginny is fantastic - thickly there, but not overwhelming. Excellent balance. Keep writing! I would say update soon, but I think that's already been implied. I can't wait!!!

Excellent chapters! All of the main characters - especially Harry - are well developed and believable. I also appreciate the lengthy chapters. They are much more satisifying for readers than short ones can be, no matter how good they are. Yours are good and long - well done.
