Author's Response: she kinda had to lift it off him, Ron had no idea what was going on. just think...your big brother's best friend, who you have a crush on, does all this stuff to make you feel bad, then kisses, you, and now you're finally making him pay for tampering with your emotions. Then your brother comes in while you're hexing him and asks why you don't feel like taking the curse off him. heehee, you try to hold a curse and explain to your brother that his best friend kissed then dissed you! it's hard! (not that i've ever tried...)
