My name's Lucy, I'm 15 years old and from Australia. I picked up my first Harry Potter book around the time GoF came out, and ever since then I've been madly obsessed. Just as a note to any readers, the four stories I currently have posted here are all quite old. I like to think my writing has improved since I wrote those (particularly Imperfections- my first), but please still feel free to review. :) And I'm afraid that, at the moment, it doesn't look like Letters from the Other Side will get completed. Sorry to anyone who was enjoying it.
Aside from reading and writing, I love music. My list of favourite bands is forever changing and updating, but at the moment a few favourites are From First To Last, Nightwish, All-American Rejects, Snow Patrol, AFI, Cute Is What We Aim For, Drop Dead, Gorgeous, Hidden In Plain View, Jack Off Jill, In This Moment, Oasis, Senses Fail, and many more.
I'm currently working on a new fic about Bella, my current obsession. It's pretty dark at this stage, and possibly a little violent, so I'm working on toning it down a little. Hopefully it will get submitted sooner or later.

when i first started reading this, i hated it. i read the first chapter, then couldnt read anymore. it made me feel sick. but it is so addictive, i had to finish it. it is such a powerful story. the end was a shock. i have read several stories of rape and in the end, the girl always seems to miraculously recover. but this was different, it took me completely by surprise. i really liked it though. i actually cried in several places.
it is also very well written. this plot in other hands could have been terrible, but you wrote it perfectly, you hit on the right tone for it. the story was controversial, yet it turned out really well.
anyways, well done!

well, i've just read the entire thing, all 20 chapters, and i loved it! the 'shattering dreams' chapters were absolutely terrifying. the imagery you used was so vivid i could see the entire scene in my mind! plus its around midnight and the house is completely quiet, which i guess helps spook me, but still it was so well written! i loved SMSOB it was sooooo funny. basically, i think you got the perfect balance of humour, horror and, of course, fluff. i'm really curious about that endymion bloke now, whats with him? anyways, loved it sooo much, please give us more really soon!

wow! i love this story! this chapter is heaps good, james is so sweet! i thought the scene with bellatrix was heaps good!! only the bit when she uses the cruciatus curse was just a little too tame, i think it would have been better if you'd made it more dramatic there. but the rest of it was great! bellatrix is so scary! and it was great how james took the curse instead of her that was just gorgeous. this chapter, well, i really liked it. like i said before, james is the sweetest thing ever!! and its really well written. seriously, it works so well! will there be an update soon? its a great story, well done!

incredible!!! the last line took me completely by surprise, at first it sounded like it was harry. anyway, i loved it. cutting is becoming alarmingly common, and i know how it feels as much as anyone. too many people see it as weak and pathetic and i'm glad that this story, without glorifying it or anything, shows it from the opinion of the person doing it. sorry, does this make any sense at all? i'm rambling, aren't i? well, i'm sorry, but the point is that i really, really liked it. well done!
