Hello! I've just deleted my profile, merely because I didn't like it and was bored. The only thing I'll say is that I'm immensely sorry for the wait I'm always causing the people who read New Eyes. I currently have a terrible case of writer's block, but I'm really going to try to write more this week.

Author's Response: still not sure. I\'m crazy busy right now and a little sick so I can\'t think clearly. Some days, I\'m like \'I,ll do it. It\'ll be interesting\' but at other times I just feel like I want to move on and write something new and different. But you can be sure that I\'ll post on my author page my decision as soon as I can figure out what I want to do.

OMG that is so cool! Well two things are really cool. First thing is that this chapter is still up! Woohoo! Second thing is that you can speak French! Gee, I wish I could. Well anyway, hopefully the mods will validate this soon. They are taking forever!

Hahaha! I just read your profile and saw that you mentioned an "enthusiastic reviewer." I have a hunch that you're talking about me, since I realize that I left about a hundred reviews discussing with you this upcoming chapter. That'd be kinda embarrassing if you actually were talking about me, yet kinda touching *blushes* in an odd sort of way.... LOL. I need to get a life....
Author's Response: well, take is as you please but I think it\'s a good thing. In fact I nominated you for best reviewer in the quicksilver quill awars they are talking about on the main page. yes i did. and you deserved it just for motivating me to continue to work on this cursed chapter and keeping me on track. don\'t read too much into this though, this is not a marriage proposal. I\'m just recognising your help because you did help me when I though of giving up. there.

So... is a new story coming any time soon?
Author's Response: I\'m almost done planning a story that will fit in the general/marauders era category and that\'ll be revolving around Remus Lupin with Lily as a second character (non-romantic). I just have to decide if it will be a multi-chaptered story or a long one-shot. I think I would need a few more ideas to make it a valuable multi-chaptered. I have a long weekend (4 days off) and I\'m planning to start writing then. Since I have all the major events planned and some little side-ideas, it should go pretty smoothly. But you never know, I might hit a wall. Or I might even decide to work on another idea. That\'s the plan for now!

Author's Response: *pulls big chunks of hair off her head* Noooooooo! Not again! *grabs a teddy bear and sobs for a couple of hours* I don\'t get it. If only they would send me a rejection letter to tell me what it is they don\'t like! I don\'t know what to do. *bangs head on the wall* I blame the 6th chapter curse! I,m still trying to find a beta but it\'s a long process. *sighs* I\'m getting hopeless. I starting to hate this situation. Frustrating! and discouraging...
Author's Response: the only bright side to this situation is that if they finally approve it, it will be in less than a day...
Author's Response: (next day) I\'ll try and make some changes today and send it to queue yet again later. I thought about it and decided to change the beginning of the chapter. Maybe it will help the mods understand a little better what I\'m trying to do.

Just wondering, but how close are you to finishing the last chapter?
Author's Response: So close but so far at the same time. I\'ve done a complete rewrite this past thursday-friday and I think this version is better than the first one but still... I\'d say 75% complete, then I\'ll start to beta-hunt because the one I had before is nowhere in sight and then in queue for the mods to validated. I\'m more hopeful after this rewrite, I had a couple of brainwaves and some good ideas (or I think so) came up. I might work on it some more tomorrow. Give me a week and it should be in queue. I know I\'ve said things like that before but this time I don\'t have a choice. Friday, September 1st, the last chapter will be in queue. There. A solid commitment. Even Houdini couldn\'t get out of this one. Next Friday... or sooner.

I'm sorry if there are typos here because my eyes are all blurry and I can hardly see. That was a perfect ending... So sad! The last couple paragraphs were very... moving. You should write an epilogue or a sequel or something. *Sobs for a couple seconds* Why is it over?! It's just not fair! *Sobs some more* You must write more! *Goes into a dark corner and weeps*
Author's Response: don\'t be so upset... in my mind, the last chapter was definitely the last one. Maybe an epilogue... but I don\'t know. I\'m not sure. The 6th chapter was soooo hard. We\'ll see. I\'m not commiting to anything here. Still, I\'m happy you like the story and I hope you\'ll get out of the dark corner soon *hands a tissue* And thanks for keeping me in track and motivated in the hard times!

Author's Response: August 31st, 2006 8:18 PM. Chapter Six = done! I\'m letting it rest for a few hours to have a fresh eye to spot mistakes, mispelled words, and such before sending it to queue. No time to find a Beta. I\'ll try to find one while its in queue and make changes before it\'s validated. Just so you know; you are beginning to scare me. I\'m afraid that you\'ll get your hopes too high and that you\'ll be decieved by the chapter. I still think I could have done better and it\'s not my favourite chapter of the lot. I like chapter two, with Ginny. Well, for sure, it will be in queue in a couple of hours. *kneels in front of the computer* Please, please, please don\'t build too much expectation.

It\'ll probably take some time; when they close the queue many others are waiting for its re-opening to submit so the queue always gets huge. Still. Author's Response: I was planning to throw my computer of a bridge, not me. This is still a hard one to take. Don\'t know what I\'ll do right now. Not sure if I have the motivation to completely change the ending and find the idea for another one. I mean completely delete what I had in mind for the 6th chapter and come up with something new. *sighs* I\'ll have to think about it.

But I will work on it over Thankgsgiving, and I promise to get at least another page written. I swear!! I already have planned out what\'s going to happen in the chapter, I just need to get it down!

Author's Response: Not really. I\'m sorry, my life has been so crazy. My last final is tomorrow, so I\'ll work on it then. I am leaving this weekend to visit family for Christmas though, so that takes out a few days. I am very close though, I can tell you that. The only problem is that once I finish it, I need to find someone to edit it. I may have an idea though. But I\'m trying, I really am.
Author's Response: another response: Be happy. I finished 9 last night. I only had about a page and a half to write anyway. Well, I emailed it off to an editor, so I hope it will be back before they close the queue.

Author's Response: Nope I am not. I was going to work on it this weekend, but spent the weekend at school doing yearbook stuff, babysitting at church, and getting hurt. . . a lot. I\'m a bit stuck at the part I\'m at, and don\'t really know how I want to say what I want to say next, but I\'m working on it. I\'ll try to work on it some either today or tomorrow, but I can\'t make any promises. This week I have two college level finals, a calculus test, Physics test, and government test. Not to mention I\'m editor of the yearbook and have a complicated spread due on friday. I\'m also practicing for the church christmas program. I\'m a busy gal. Next week is exams week for my highschool, and I only have to take one on wednesday and that\'s it so I KNOW I\'ll get to work on it then, but until then, I\'ll try to type a bit here and there. End of semester is totally hectic.
