I've been writing since the age of eight or so, but have never really wanted to get into Fan Fiction. Mostly, I write my own original Sci-Fi and Fantasy. I went to college for Creative Writing, and just recently graduated.

But after due consideration, I've discovered that writing Fan Fiction is usefull warm-up for me. I'll write a bit of Fan Fic, then move over to the novel I'm actually working on. But why let that Fan Fic go to waste?! So, without further adu, I give you my fanfic

Ah to be a 13 year old writer again :) Hi there Chloe, I thought since you were ever so nice with my reviews I'd take a look at your work. I have to say you're probably better then I was when I was 13 (22 now). You've got a good habit of describing things clearly, if somewhat blandly. Quite a few of your sentences begin with "Harry (insert verb here) this-that-or-the-other-thing." Try to mix it up a little and go into his thought process sometimes. As for your plot, I didn't suspect anything at first but when they started trying to rush him out the door I caught on. Good way of using OC behavior as a clue. Overall good work, and keep writing! You can only improve with practice

Oh, one more thing. After reading your responses to previous reviews, I have to give you one other piece of advice, from someone who made his College education all about creative writing - Don't EVER feel you have to apologize for your work. These reviews from others are designed as constructive criticism, and if they say something that they felt wasn't that great, just log it in your head, thank them, and aim to fix it in your next chapter/story. The stuff you put into your stories are proof that you are trying things and figuring out what works and what doesn't, and are not mistakes you should feel you have to be sorry about. Likewise, reviewers are not ragging on you, but instead pointing out things you may not have realized. (I, however, DO owe an apology here because I think I'm sounding a bit mean, and I don't intend to to. Just explaining something.)

Author's Response: No, you don\'t sound mean! Thank you for your reviews! I really, really appreciate them! Chapter two is going to be better (if it ever gets validated). Thanks again!!!

I remember doing these in High School! Good job, picking out single words to describe people is hard. I personally always hated doing these, and don't really remember the formula to construct them (though I know there is one), but that shouldn't stop you from doing them yourself. Thumbs up

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your awesome review! Wow, poems get validated really quickly! I\'m going to try and make some more poetry that like rhymes and stuff, but it\'s kind of hard. It was kind of difficult to find the right words to fit everyone\'s personalities. Anyways, thanks again! :D
