Hmm....I'm honestly feeling rather narcisstic while writing this. To sum up my life, I'm a fifteen year old history geek who loves kayaking (if only I could afford a boat *sigh*), writing, cloudy days, and my bulimic cat Izzy.

Frankly, I don't understand why this story has so many positive reviews....I'm really fearing for the human race as result. Not only was it raunchy but it made my IQ drop about ten points after reading it. That's really a testement to how thoughtless and cheap the humor was. Plus, you didn't even do us the simple curtousy of posting any warnings and you made the the marauders look like a troop of brainless mooks. J.K. Rowling shold burn you at the stake for writing such a sleezy, MTV worthy story.

Oh the Insanity - The Thoughts of Hermione Granger by Hermiones_Revenge

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A series of hilarious journal entries and lists from Hermione, describing the insane "war" she has gotten herself into with Parvati. Insanity, and hilarity, ensue... A sequel to "The Secret Thoughts of Hermione Granger" (though it'll make sense if you haven't read it)

Note: Another story from "back in the day."

Realistically, I think Harry would belive his two best friends more than Parvati.

Penname: Hermione Granger by Cassiel Oliviari

Rated:
Summary: Hermione and the gang sold their story to a Muggle author, who turned it into a big hit, but skewed the facts. She tries to retaliate by writing her own fanfiction, but finds out it's harder than it looks. AU

What an original idea! I always knew that Harry Potter was real and J.K. just bought off or discovered the story! Alas, wishful thinking from a sightly crazed conspiricy theroist. *sighs in despair* Oh but if Harry Potter did exist then Lord of the Rings might just exist, or aliens, or area 51, or the Da Vinci code, or that secret societys run the world, or that the moon landings were a scam. These could all be frivolous wishes and cheesey rumors devised by idle people...or are they? *Pauses for a dramatic and slightly sinister effect*Yay, maybe Middle earth does exist!

Great Similies! I especially liiked the one about how the silvery moonlight fell about the place like a waterfall of mercury.

The Salem Witch Trials by FullofLife

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Harry, Ron and Hermione are spending a day in the small wizarding village of Hogsmeade when they happen to come upon a strange amulet lying in the snow. This amulet has amazing powers and transports the three friends to Salem, Massachusetts in the year 1692 when Muggles lived in fear of witches and wizards and the penalty for being able to perform magic was death.

Your story is very interesting.....in fact I onece toyed with the idea. The chapter when Hermione died was ecpecially powerful. However If I were Harry, I would grab the gun.Plus, I don't see how Ron could walk if he were shot.

"Mum, Dad, It's Me... Harry." by Mudblood428

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Harry, Ron, and Hermione make a trip to Godric's Hollow to visit the Potters' graves. There, Harry speaks to his parents for the first time, and in so doing, discovers that the dead are never truly lost. (One-shot. Bring your kleenex.)

That was beautiful. I really could comprehend the loss that Harry felt, and eventhough I fortunately have never lost a parent, I felt comforted by the story's message that friendship can help you surmount even the most profound grief. I felt as if I were Harry himself, and that I had experienced the pain and love that he felt.

Out of the Fire by LuckyRatTail

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Straight after the events of HBP. As Snape and Malfoy make for the exit, the latter has second thoughts. He remembers Dumbledore's words in his desire to escape the wrath of the Dark Lord. Darkness, confusion and a lot of rain.

Extract:

"However," the terrible voice resumed in a tone constructed solely of icy menace. "You are young. Too young to understand. No matter how far you go, no matter who you stay with or where you hide - if you run from me I will find you, and when I do you will pay."

Final chapter up! COMPLETE

Not meaning to sound like Dudley or anything but my patience is waning.....please post soon before I thow a tantrum.

Author's Response: I\'ve kind of been stuck at Latin camp for the past two weeks, so haven\'t had much time to write.

On my favorites list devised in my head your story would probably rank...number one shall we say? I loved your imagry, characterisation (the trio was really acurately depicted), plot, and how you would delve deep into the chasms of Draco's emotions, along with how you maintained a sort of dread throughout the story. Plus I thought Alice was a rather plucky character. I'm really antisipating the next chapter and Draco's ultimate fate.

Author's Response: Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! I\'m so thrilled with your compliments, and with the fact that you liked Alice as an OC. Thanks again ;o)
