Hi, I'm Valentinia, your typical Harry Potter obsessed teen.
I've read the HP books so many times that I've lost count, but I'm guessing most of you on MNFF have done the same!
Otherwise, I'm pretty boring.
My favorite band is Evanescence.
My favorite HP characters are Luna "Loony" Lovegood and Petunia Dursley.
My favorite HP book is PoA.
My favorite HP chapter is "Career Advice" from OotP.
My favorite HP film is probably OotP.
My favorite HP actor is Evanna Lynch. There're a lot of great ones though!
I'm an all-out Ron/Hermione, Luna/Harry and Ginny/Neville shipper. *Sigh*. I know, I know, Canon just sort of ruined those last two. Still, Harry/Ginny was okay. I guess.
I also love stories about Parvati, Padma and Lavender, because I think they deserve some character and depth and they're often deprived of it and made into girly non-humans.

lol! Funny chapter.... it really is just like a soap opera (I'm not too fond of them, usually....). I love all the over-complicated plot twists... :) You have a couple of canon errors, though (more than oocness, which obviously is the point :D). For one thing you can't apparate inside the castle, and Filch wouldn't be able to, even if it were possible, because he is a squib and can't do magic. Not really a big deal on the whole, though. Update soon!

Even though the odds were against him, Remus found happiness at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He had the Marauders, he was a prefect and his transformations were less horrible, thanks to his Animagi friends. What more could a teenage werewolf want? And how long could his happiness last? Remus and the Marauders prove that in the saddest of lives and darkest of times, there can still be moments of bliss.
Remus centric but with a lot of the other Marauders. This story is a romance, but has almost as much general Marauder era background and side story as romance.
Pre-HBP and DH, so some things from DH will be disregarded, as the warning indicates, but some Spoilers will be incorporated.

:D I don't see why old Dung shouldn't be in their year... and I love having him in this fic! :) I'm fairly sure the rooms are shared by year, but I guess that could be a more recent thing in Harry's time. And this story is way too cool for me to care, lol. I really am enjoying reading about Remus!
Author's Response: *giggles* I just love Mundungus and had to include him in the story. I\'m glad you like it too. The thing with the rooms...to be honest, I always thought there would be more than just five boys and 5 girls in each year. I had read somewhere in a JKR interview where she said there were around a thousand students at Hogwarts. If there are only 5 per year of each sex, that makes only 280. I just figured there are a lot of people that slip by Harry\'s radar. Or maybe Harry\'s year and the ones right before and after were smaller classes, due to the first war. In any case, in my fic, I have there being more than one room of boys in Remus\' year. I\'m glad you can overlook that. I\'m sure there are other things that need to be overlooked. ;) Though I do try to stay within canon. Well, thank you for another wonderful review. I do hope you continue to enjoy it. :)

LOL I find the title a bit embarrassing (cheesy!). lol Hence the reason I always refer to it as MoB. I really don\'t know what I was thinking. ;*) But, it actually makes more than one appearance. To be honest, this chapter and that line is where the title actually came from. So, I\'m glad to hear you liked that part! I feel sure that Remus had a sweet family so I\'m glad you see them that way. Thank you about that on the characterization. I just love Remus! I hope you continue to enjoy the story. And yet another brilliant chapter. When Dumbledore gives Hermione the note you've got it saying "Professor's" instead of "Professors' ", but that's not really important - the chapter was a good one, even though we didn't see very much of Tom. I like the relationship between McGonagall and Dumbledore... cute! Also, Hermione's thoughts (but also her feelings for Tom) are very realistic, as are Tom's. And making Voldemort IC is very, very hard, in my opinion.

Bit of a cliffhanger?!?! As usual a really well-written chapter, though! I really like "I gave up the world for you" - it seems like such a ridiculous, sappy statement, but it's actually true here.
One thing, though. The Whomping Willow wasn't planted until Lupin came to school, so it wouldn't exist in Riddle's time. Otherwise - great chapter! Can't wait for the next!
