A Friend to Me by Loki MM

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: The Marauders had their fights -- we all know they did. If werewolfism came up, Remus had a tendency to just walk out, making the others remember something else, too. A songfic, set to the Garth Brooks song of the same name.

Ah if only we could know how many fights they probably had. Well I can't say I pity Peter any, but if you think about it James and Sirius didn't exactly disuade Peter to join the Dark Side. Wow. I can't believe I said that! Shame on me. Well anyways great poem/story whatever you want to call it. I really liked it.

Author's Response: (blushes) Thanks, really -- you're right, too, anbout the Marauder fights. I had always imagined with someone as argumentative as Sirius and strong-minded as James, there were quite a few of them, though. The point is, though, thanks for the review! Cheers -- Loki

Only Her Kiss by GwendolynJames

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: She didn’t want to hear him reject her again. She didn’t need that confirmation. She didn’t need to know that he still didn’t forgive her. She had to take the initiative. She had to end it before he could. One-shot.

The Quidditch Captain by Weasel King Fan

The Worthy by Seren

Rated:
Summary: The Last Battle has begun, and the Last Stand is pitched in the Ministry of Magic. After Remus Lupin is felled, Harry and his closest friends defeat Voldemort, and Prophecy is fulfilled. But it is not the end; the Veil stands as Judge, Jury, and Executioner, and only the worthy may survive. Not a Sirius returns from the Veil fiction.

Great story. Even better than Knowledge.

Knowledge by Seren

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: When she dances, the world stops for a moment to let her breathe. She knows she's not alone. Not by a long shot. There's life everywhere. If only people know where to look for it, then things would be so much better. A Ravenclaw should know better, but she doesn't. A Luna fic.

This is really good. I like it.

Eternal Souls by Amy Eagleton

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Anilla Nation is a Muggle. She is intrigued by dragons, and everything about them, and she is next-door neighbors to Draco Malfoy. But she doesn’t know about his secret, and he doesn’t know about hers.
Reviewer: Sakula Signed
Date: 01/04/05 Title: Chapter 10: Chapter Ten

It's a good story, though I am curious to why Narcissa would put up with a Muggle.....Does Lucius know about her?

Author's Response: Thanks for your comments and your review. After spending time with Anilla, Narcissa began to see that there was more to her than just been a Mugge (as Draco knows also) and just as if Draco's case, Lucius doesn't approve of Muggles and magic ppl being friends, so Narcissa doesn't tell him about Draco's friendship with her. Also, Narcissa is a little more understanding and accepting than Lucius is about Muggles. (well, that's what i think, anyway)

Quiet Courage by Seren

I really like it. It's beautifully written.

A Time for Family by Loki MM

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Some part of both Sirius and Regulus Black both knew that Sirius's seventh year might be the last holiday season they actually ended up spending together. Regulus really wanted to make it one they spent together, but he wasn't quite sure how to get it. Sirius was.

That's a really good one. If only the future wasn't so bleak.

Enough For An Angel by Seren

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: "Even when I was little, I was slow. I started walking months later than I was supposed to, and I spent the first three years of my life babbling nonsense that no one but I could understand. It was a well known fact - Gregory Goyle was stupid. " Goyle has always known he was stupid - until someone told him there was a different name for it. Written for the Special Needs, Special Love Project @ Project Aparecium. Not a shippy fic.

Date: 01/06/05 Title: Chapter 1: Enough For An Angel

ummm yeah it was good I guess I'll just never get used to the fact that Goyle can't be as stupid as he appears. Oh well guess I'm as thick-headed as Ron can be sometimes.

Just in Case by LaraAnn

Headquarters by MrsAliciaWeasley

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: How does Tonks join the Order? How does she react to seeing Sirius fo rthe first time since he went to Azkaban? Read and review!!
Reviewer: Sakula Signed
Date: 01/06/05 Title: Chapter 1: Headquarters

I really like it. Though if Tonks was ashamed of being related to Sirius in the first place why would she be so excited and happy to see him?

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! I'm glad you pointed that out to me. I have a tendency to think that everyone knows what's going on inside my head and leave things out. In my view, Tonks is ashamed of be related to Sirius because of what the rest of the world thinks. They know Sirius as a cold-blooded killer but Tonks knows him as a mix of older brother and uncle and she loves and misses him but she doesn't want to admit it. Kind of like when someone likes something strange or unpopular other people label them as strange or unpopular as well. Obviously on a larger scale though, since Sirius was accused of betrayal and murder. Tonks is happy and excited when she sees Sirius obviously because she's missed him but also because she's sort of subconciously realized that she's not alone in believing that he's innocent. That's one way to interpret it. I hope this answers your question and I hope it makes sense. Again, it comes down to the difference between what's in my head and what I've actually written down.

I really liked it. I like the philosical (I know I probably spelled that one wrong)twist into it. I almost feel bad for Hermione. She's so safe in her comfy controlled world (when Harry doesn't ruin it by going off on some adventure) and now even her comfy little world is being threatened. To what Vader said, if either of them hexed eachother, than that would make the conversation hypocritical. They listen to eachothers views for a second and then hex eachother? Draco might, but then he wouldn't be able to see the frustration on Hermione's face and the whole purpose to him talking to her is ruined. Hermione wouldn't do it any way. She'd listen when someone is trying to "question her moral fiber" if only so she can put them into their place. Anyway I thought it was a very good little fic and I really liked it. I think making it a one-shot fits. I usually don't like one-shots because because I dislike short stories, but this one fits as a one-shot. Well you're probably tired of listening to my ramble so I'll just end it and give you a 10/10. Good Job!

Author's Response: Thank you very much for reading my story. You have no idea over how I continually look forward to a new review!
