well, as this is where i rite bout my life so far, i guess id better start:
a monkey aged 118 years was bisecting an ostracised peanut while eating a very large piece of grass which had the essence of a pink elephants backside. then the elephant sed 2 the monkey, why do u eat peanuts and eat grass and walk in the centre of london? and the monkey replied, 'well, to know that i must tell u my life story' and so he told the elphant, and here it is:
there were 72 placated monkeys on a tree, having fun, wen a hunter came around the corner and shot one ded. it fell to the ground wiv a thump. then another monkey fell out of the tree, why i hear u ask? bcos it was attached 2 the first monkey. then, i, the third monkey in this story, fell out of the tree, bcos i was unfortunate enuff to think it was a game.......;(.......ive never been the same since. people tell me im not really a monkey, but how can i believe them when they all look the same, like shrivelled up mongooses. (sorry 2 n e 1 who is either a mongoose, monkey or elephant, not harm ment!)

Extremely good! Hermione and Harry really need to get back together and sort Ron out, i feel so sorry for him. Maybe Ron has some hidden sort of power...maybe not! Anyway, yes, the DA teacher has always been an obvious choice after being an auror for Harry after school, and i also noted how James died when he was a DA teacher, like quirrel. The job was evidently jinkzed then too...Proffessor MCgonagol Joked, hahaha. More prominent though, as you obviously intended, she quotes Hermione from near the end of OOTP:'Well...Harry...Dont you think you've got a bit of a...a saving people thing?' Well good luck with next chappy, hope it comes up soon. James.

Once again very good! You have impeccable writing skills and they combine so well with your ability to tell a good story (to an excellent audience of course!) with amazing new ideas always popping up in your fic. I love the way that Harry + Hermy are back as friends and Siobhan...getting even more interesting! At least shes started a bit of inter-house unity. I think ive got a hunch about Ron and i might even know who aurora is, but thats probably my mind playing tricks on me...One mistake in the real content of the story (just one!). You say that James was the last DADA prof to last longer than a year. You have probably already realised the small error, but prof Quirrel lasted at least 2 years. If you recall in book 1 fred and george told the trio that he had been off work in Albania studying vampires and when he returned to work had the faint smell of garlic...Apart from that it was great as usual, although, for the first time in my life, i cannot give you a 10.....;(......a 9 will have to do...

Author's Response: It's perfectly alright to award me lower than a 10 ;) BUT - #1: We have no real proof that Quirrel ever officially taught DADA - he may have been just training. And #2: I said no teacher held it for 'more than a year at a time' - meaning consecutively. In my story, Lupin held it for two years, but there was a two year hiatus in between. Author's Response: 2, if you count that lovely period you left. It's a missing moment fic, which means it fills in the gaps. And even if it is pointless, I wrote it because I enjoy thinking about what Ron and Hermione might have been doing while Harry was out pondering the Prophecy and Sirius's death and exploring Hermione's emotions. Anyway, I hate it when people who are so obviously not sorry say sorry before they say something. If you were giving constructive critisism, you would be more specific and not have added that "no wonder..." comment. Reviews like yours mean sooooo much to me.
