All right, just for the fun of it, here is a little bit about me. Yes, I write HP stories. I do this as a bit of a break while I work on my own fiction. Yes, I think that J.K. Rowling rocks! To put it mildly. And thank you, Ms. Rowling, for letting me play with you toys!
Actually, I don't write YA on my own, which is part of what makes this so fun. It's a diversion, when I don't have to worry about what my characters are doing. Need a cure for writer's block? Borrow some vividly created characters, and plot with plenty of room for footwark!
In my spare time, I'm a starving artist. Once upon a time I ran, played basketball and tennis, and generally had a life. Oh, to have dreams! No, I'm not married, nor do I have any kids. Speaking of elusive dreams...ah well.
Thanks for dropping by, and my best wishes!

Interesting. And I'm looking forward to seeing Camilla's mother.
More fleshed out. The scene in Hasdrid's cabin, as well as Snape-Dumby. I know that neither was confronting their emotions, but it seemed like you were portraying the reactions rather than opening up whythey felt that way. Idon't know if that makes sense or not...
Author's Response: Well, Snape is not one to open up about his emotions, especially when he is hurt. So he wouldn\'t be likely to pour his heart out to Dumbledore. I tried to show rather than tell his emotions by the state of his rooms and him sending her all of her clothes and things--basically cutting her out of his life. As far as Camilla goes, at that point she didn\'t want to talk about it. In the next few chapters, I go into more of what each one is feeling and why. Thanks for your thoughts. : )
:) yet again...
And, happy DH release!
Author's Response: Thank you! Same to you!
I can see why it was so difficult, and now both of your main characters have painted themselves into corners that it will be difficult to get out of. I look forward to the remainder of your story. Thanks!
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, it was difficult to write, yet fun at the same time. Now things really get interesting for these two. As if they weren\'t already. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing! : )
:D
But...if Snape really is regaining his innocence, he won't kill anyone. That's what Dumbledore said about an untarnished soul.
Author's Response: I can\'t say anything...
I suppose that I'm greedy enough to say that it would be nice to see this chapter...in more depth.
Otherwise, loved it, as usual!
Author's Response: What do you mean by \"in more depth?\" Is there a part that you don\'t feel was fleshed out enough? Or it just wasn\'t long enough? I\'m curious. Thanks for the review. I\'m glad you\'re enjoying it! ; )
I get it! Camilla is the innocence that Severus has found! Not losing his memory--it's a metaphor!
That's why he had to stun her...
Author's Response: Maybe...
Now I have to go look to see if you have this marked completed Goodness, I hope not. ;)
Time for the Potter Revolution. You've done nicely with this story.
Again, wonderful job. I'd have liked to have caught the "approaching darkness" though...they actually worked through unpleasantnesses this time.
Author's Response: Thank you! : )
You're right, it was a short one. :)
I'll be interested to see exactly what is actually up with his mother. There has to be something after all.
And might a memoryless Severus actually rebuild the bridge between them?
Author's Response: You are quite intuitive. There is definitely something up with his mother, you\'re right. As far as building bridges goes, I have to remain silent on that one. Thanks for reading! I\'ll have more up soon. : )
Hmmmm...he probably exacted an Unbreakable Vow from Bellatrix, didn't he? ;)
As always, enjoying it.
Author's Response: Thank you!
No, no..it's Severus who's mean. He shouldn't jump to conclusions, and should trust his wife more.
Author's Response: Yeah, he should. But he\'s very insecure and is quick to believe whatever story he manufactures in his head.
You are winding this about in strange ways, aren't you?
Author's Response: How so?
Bella really is a...witch, isn't she?
I think we're reaching the climax. Will Severus finally regain his lost innocence?
Author's Response: She is a witch, indeed. Yeah, we\'re close to the end now. : D
Morning sickness?
I'm still enjoying this.
Author's Response: Maybe, maybe not. I\'m glad you\'re liking it. : )
I'll reread later, but very nicely one. Well, aside from Ginny leaving Harry. ;)
Author's Response: I thought that was the best part. But, I don\'t like Ginny, so... Thanks again for the review! : )
LOL!!!
"Surely he wouldn’t believe that."
Nice,Nuw.
In your fight scenes, have you considered factoring in Harry's new found ability (as of HBP) to hit more than onr prson with the same spell? I thought that was pretty cool, myself.
Author's Response: Thank you. I actually don\'t remember reading about Harry hitting more than one person with a single spell in HBP. If you know where/when that happened, could you let me know? I\'d really appreciate it.
I seem to sense a pattern in your stories--Voldemort summoning Harry to a confrontation...
Author's Response: Oooh! I hadn\'t even noticed that, but you\'re right! Although in Almost Me Again, it was Harry who summoned Voldemort to the confrontation (but that might not count, since it\'s barely mentioned). I wonder if this says something about me as a writer. Hmmm... I\'ll have to think about that one. Thanks for reviewing!
I just realized that I owed you a review after a quick dash-off Christmas Eve!
This was a long, complex, and well written chapter, nuw, very nicely done.
Interesting that they are making such rapid progress. They are gifted, aren't they?
I would have liked to have seen Hermione's reaction to Arthur's comments after Ron's charm. lol!
And...as long as Ginny is reminding Harry that he is her fiance, are they finally gonna ask Molly and Arthur? Huh? Huh? Please? *drool*
Thanks again, Nuw!
Author's Response: Thanks very much, Igo. Yes, our heroes are rather gifted, although the confidence boost they received from their summer lessons has really helped as well. Plus, they\'re VERY motivated to learn because they can\'t go out and actually DO anything until they can do Memory Charms.
I agree that Hermione\'s reaction probably would have added some comedy to the scene, and looking back I\'m not 100% sure why I didn\'t include it. I think I just really didn\'t feel like writing a R/Hr fight/argument, which is almost certainly what would have ended up happening because either (1) Hermione would assume Ron was pretending to be engaged to some OTHER girl, or (2) Hermione would realize Ron was referring to her, and get angry at him for playing with her emotions. I just didn\'t have the energy for it. Sorry.
Finally, the answer to your last question is YES... eventually. ;-) What you really ought to be wondering is, has Ginny come up with a plan to convince her parents (her mother especially) to go along with everything?
