Credit for this wonderful banner goes to Kelli. She made this for me and I was awfully touched. It was made a long time ago, but I just learnt how to put it up. Also, it's suppose to be "THE Unseemly Proposal", but hey, it's the thought that counts.

Your story's really disturbing, but disturbingly good (if that makes any sense). I feel bad for Hermione, having to go through that every night...The poor girl. Anyways, do update soon! Would really like to see what happens next.

Glad your story was up after quite a long time! It was a good chapter, but I did feel a bit sad for Harry and the Weasley's failure. On the other hand, if they did succeed, it wouldn't be much of a story, right? =D

April Rain by Kimberley

Rated: Professors •
Summary: ***COMPLETED!***Five years ago, half way through her third year at Hogwarts, Regan Jayden was expelled for reasons only she and a very select few know. But now that she's been allowed to return-- under certain terms-- in what would have been her graduating year, will she be able to regain the trust of her fellow Hogwarts students, and of herself?

Excerpt from story: Merlin, he was going soft, Draco thought as he tried not to grimace. He'd start spouting off poetry in a minute if he wasn't careful. This whole love thing was sending him round the twist.

OH MY GOSH!! It must be my lucky day, or week, or fortnight, or whatever you want to call it. THREE UPDATES THAT CAME PRACTICALLY CONSECUTIVCELY! How fantastic is that for me? Very! Believe me, this time, from the way I was bouncing up and down and smiling (no, more like beaming) in my chair in front of my computer, I think my parents have already prepared for me a one-way ticket to the nearest asylum. MENTAL asylum, mind you. But for now, who cares that I may be spending my weekend in a mental institute?? Alrighty then, let the reviewing start. INCREDIBLE CHAPTER! I liked the way you introduced the chapter. It made me laugh, but at the same time pity Regan for having such passionately loony friends. Oooo, and a game between Gryffindor and Slytherin. That ought to be good. Poor Neville. It seems that he can’t help but be such a klutz in Snape’s class. But hey, at least he (indirectly) gave Draco and Regan to spend some ‘quality time’. Oh, and I've never heard (or rather, read) Regan giggling before. She and Draco must have had a lovely time, eh? Haha… And ball handling????? I nearly had a hernia from laughing so hard! (Can girls get hernias?) Men are such idiots sometimes, aren’t they? They fight over one thing and it escalates into an entirely irrelevant topic. But I loved the way you handled that fighting scene between Gryffindor and Slytherin, and eventually Draco and Harry. It was comical, but at the same time I wanted to kill them both for being such dumbos. They deserved being scolded by Regan. Girl power! Oh, and I loved the scene where Draco was forced to apologize to Harry. And the way that Nina Vibrissa put that suggestion into Draco’s thick skull was really funny! And now to the last part of the chapter, which, for me, was hilarious! Who would have thought that Regan gets all obsessive compulsive when she's super nervous?? Ingenious! The means by which you wrote that last bit was fabulous! I absolutely cannot wait for the next chapter! I’ll be checking mugglenet at least twice a day from now on! Keep it up, Kimberley! P.S. I took your advice on the right-click and copy. It sure as hell saves time! P.P.S. I apologize for the extremely long review! I think it’s all that chocolate and candy I had just now…sugar high, you see. I've never typed so fast in my life. P.P.P.S. To all future reviewers and readers of April Rain, one word of advice. NEVER attempt to file or clip your fingernails while reading this story, or you might end up like me—I no longer have any nails to file or clip

Author's Response: If you’re going to a mental asylum, trust me, I won’t be far behind, dear. lol We are nearing the end (only… *counts on fingers*… four chapters left to go? o.O Wow.) But yes, onto the replying to the review…

(oh yeah, and another Hint: If you want to divide your review into paragraphs, you have to use tags, like you do for bold or italics. For paragraphs it’s “

” A handy little thing to know! ;) Hehe I love helping ppl!) As for Hermione and Harry being loony… *grins* It’s just so much more exciting to have friends who are a little bit cracked as opposed to completely normal ones. Where’s the fun in that???

Yes, Neville’s a sweetheart, and a helpful one at that. As to Regan’s giggling… I honestly don’t know what got into her. *blinks innocently* (And all of you with your minds in the gutter like me-- yes, I know what you’re all thinking, what REALLY got into her, but how about we just leave this one be. Okay? Lovely.)

I’m really glad you enjoyed that whole scene with the men’s phenomenal stupidity, especially that you liked the one where the guys had to apologize to one another, because I was seriously considering cutting that scene. I just wasn’t sure about it. I rewrote it like six times, but if you like it, then I guess I did a good job! :) I’m really fond of that scene where Nina tells Draco what’s what. I always knew she was kind of a blunt character, but I’d never thought I’d actually have a scene where she gets any dialogue. I’m glad she got in tho, because that scene makes me smile.

And as to Regan’s obsessive compulsive “issue”… hehehe… I love Regan so much. I really do. And the fact that she has that neat-freak quirk when faced with a crisis just fits so perfectly for me. That scene just came out of me on a whim (I honestly had no previous intention to write it) and I’m very glad it turned out the way it did. Thanks for the wonderfully long and lovely review!!!

P.S. Time saving is always good. I’m glad yours is saved for another day.

P.P.S. I commend you for your ability to type so fast and still end up with so few typos. Truly, I am impressed. Save some chocolate and candy for me! :)

P.P.P.S. I assume that’s a compliment… but now I’m just wracked with guilt over your poor nails…. Enh, they’ll grow back. lol jk! Merci buckets for the review, deary, and please continue to read and leave me more, because I do love them so, I do, I do, I dooooooo… ~Kim~

I'd just like to add that I did attempt to seperate my previous review into different paragraphs, but I don't know why it didn't work. I'm sorry you have (or had) to read such a huge mass of words!

Author's Response: But they were such a lovely huge mass of words....

First reviewer to the last chapter! That has a very sad ring to it. Ironic really. And what’s stranger is that I actually didn’t have any problems logging in today. In fact, I thought something was definitely wrong when I made it to my list of favorites without being automatically logged out even once!

Anyways, I shan’t put off the imminent. Review for the last and final chapter (it gets sadder every time I type those words). Alas, all good things have to come to an end. Shitty, but true nevertheless. All right, I’ll stop being melodramatic.

Oh, and there shall not be a limit to the length of my review today! *evil grin * It is after all the last one right? So bear with me. Now, down to reviewing: Delighted that Regan was not expelled! I expected that Dumbledore would understand the circumstances in which she performed Restricted Magic and transformed. I love Dumbledore. He’s so funny! But yet, such a genius! And he gave Regan a shot at her future. How very kind of him. The new contract is awesome! Liberal, yet law-abiding.

I think it’s so cute that Vera insisted that Draco and Regan get married the same time Tierney and she do! That’ll be one hell of a wedding…

“Here she’d been accusing Hermione and Ron of being crazy for even considering marriage at their age. And now, mere months later, she was engaged to Draco. It was madness. It was insanity.

It was quite nice, actually.”

Loved those lines. Very well written! (And check it out, I've actually learnt how to use italics in reviews! I hope it works…)

Vera’s just adorable! “Make sure you get enough dairy and bran intake!” LOL…Hilarious! Initially, I read ‘bran’ as ‘brain’ and I realized that didn’t make much sense unless Regan was a brain-eating monster or something…

The scene between Regan and her dad was very heart-warming. The hug they exchanged was like icing on cake— perfect. They’ll never fully understand each other, but they love each other to bits!

“…I needed another way of putting him in debt to me. I do so enjoy watching him squirm.”

Hahahahahahahha…Doesn’t Mr. Jayden just make the perfect father-in-law???

The ring’s so beautiful! I want it! Heehee… And I don’t think Draco has any say in matters of the flat or the ring…Poor thing. He doesn’t know what kinda of family he’s marrying into!

And this brings me to the last part of my review, sad to say. An absolutely wonderful story that’s going to stay in my list of favorites till I become too old and rheumatism-ed to operate a computer. April Rain has made me laugh, cry, bounce up and down in front of my computer from insane happiness and even made my parents think that I belong in an asylum. It encompassed moments of inspiration, angst and sweet love. The feelings and sentiments of the main characters have been written in utter clarity, playing very well on the readers’ emotions. Hey, I'm no expert, but I think that this is a wonderfully written story that contains all the ingredients for an entertaining read— romance, comedy, friendship, mystery and even teenage rebellion.

So thank you, Kimberley, for a fantastic story. I definitely look forward to you putting your other stories here for us to read! No regrets with this one, except maybe for the fact that I didn’t start reviewing from the first chapter! =D

Author's Response: I'm going to have to keep this short, cause i can barely see the screen through my tears. Your heartfelt words are wonderful, YOU are wonderful, and I am so happy to have had the chance to meet someone like you through my writing.

It makes me so happy that you've enjoyed reading my vision, because that's just what it was-- I was just lying in bed one night last summer, unable to sleep, and suddenly I had an image of a girl walking into Hogwarts and knocking Draco Malfoy on his ass. It was love at first sight, and through the many hair-pulling, nail-biting, aggravating and LOVELY months (oh god, I think it's nearly a year since I started writing April Rain and so much has happened since!!), I feel like we've all grown into someone completely new. It's so inspiring to know that my story-- the little story that could if you will (oh dear, it must be that time of the month, i'm all weepy)--got this far, and that my readers didn't think it was total crap.

I can remember my first ever review-- I read it with my brother and I started crying and screaming and jumping up and down because someone actually LIKED it (you're not the only one who belongs in an asylum, obviously--hehe!). Now, we're at the end, and the little jump I get in my stomach when I see someone else has reviewed is still there, same as it was almost a year ago. I still love you guys so much, especially you sparx, because you've always been so sincere and original and PERSONAL (i love that!) in your reviews, not to mention the compliments--tho those are nice too!

I'm working on several projects atm, so I can't say specifically when the next story will be out, though if you want to visit my site, I have a couple of things more there you could read.

Now onto the responding and the whatnot-- enough emotional stuff, I'm going to get mascara on my shirt. *ahem* I love Dumbledore too! My brother has never read the HP series, and after I made him read my story, I asked him what he thought and he just shrugged and was like, "It's okay." (typical guy.) But then he grinned and said, "That Dumbledore guy was cool, though." Case and point.

*applauds you on learning to use italics*

Vera rocks my socks, and always will. I started several possible sequels, and the one I am currently favouring has rather a lot of her in it, and I'm absolutely loving being able to expand on her character. Sadly, there's no Mr. or Mrs. Jayden in it, as I think they died in the War, but yes, you're right, they never completely understand each other, but Regan and her dad part on good terms, and continue to love each other to bits!! (And lucky Draco who escapes having a father-in-law who deliberately tries to make his son-in-law's life hell! Hehehe...)

The ring is actually modeled after one that i saw in a magazine once... like, Sears, or something... and I was flipping through it, and my boyfriend (at the time) comes into the room and says, "I wanna be your silver-lining." (he wrote poetry and stuff and also smoked quite a lot of weed). Anyway, it's always kind of stuck in my mind because of the circumstance, and there you have that.

YOU ARE SO, SO WELCOME. Much love and thanks and God bless. (so much for keeping it short, eh?) :)

Man, logging into my account took me such a long time! I almost gave up, but it was worth it in the end because I saw that you updated! Woohoo! Your updates always make me so very happy! Especially when they’re as good as this one! * does happy dance* But, at the same time, it’s a bit saddening too because an new chapter means that your story’s coming to an end…* sob *

OK, now on to the review for this chapter. Firstly, let me convey the first emotion that came to my mind after reading this chapter: OH MY GOD, HE’S ALIVE, HE’S ALIVE!!!!! I had to get that off my chest. Otherwise, I would have just exploded from happiness.

Now that I'm done with that, let’s start from the beginning of the chapter, shall we? Starting off with that little quarrel between Hermione and Ron was just humorous, what with the whole ‘Hermione not wanting to pop the cork’ bit. And I don’t blame Harry for feeling the way he did. I would have been very embarrassed too! And poor Regan, her birthday wasn’t exactly going as planned huh?

Then on to my favorite part of the chapter. I LOVED this scene. Everything about it was awesome; the way Regan changed into a panther, the way she could feel the scent of her lover in her animalistic form (that was just beautiful), how she finally found him and how she finally imparted her life onto him. Incredible! I was seriously sniveling like a baby. Damn, I'm such sucker for emotion and romance. Thanks for the tissues provided.

I should have guessed that Regan would do that to save Draco. But it was a pleasant surprise. I was so damn happy (as you may have already guessed)!!!! And Draco being so cocky even after an experience like that brought a smile to my face. So you could imagine how I looked— smiling and sniveling all at the same time. Haha…

Everyone trying to make an excuse to leave Regan and Draco alone was so cute. And Dumbledore’s excuse was the best and the funniest!

The scene between the two lovers was so sweet. I loved it. I felt like crying all over again (damn those raging hormones!). The whole ‘you gave me your life and love’ part was so nice! Poor Regan! I think Draco asking her to marry him was just too much for her to bear!! LOL…It was hilarious the way you ended the chapter!

Overall, I really, really like this chapter because it plays on a number of the readers’ emotions. It can make you laugh, smile and cry all in the same time. Oh, and definitely no rotten tomatoes to throw at your head because I didn’t find it the least bit corny!

Author's Response: K, I just have to say before anything else—I love you!! lol you’re so cute! And as always, your paragraphs are of course lovely. Hehe…

Ron and Hermione’s little bickering scene was quite fun to write, I just needed a break from all that emotion after killing Draco… lol you know those two are always worth a laugh.

My favourite scene is also the panther part, I really wanted to be able to describe how I thought it would feel to be an Animagus, how their senses would alter when in their animal forms, and then this happened and I’m like, “Yay! Opportunity!” *does own happy dance* I made someone cry, I made someone cry… haha I shouldn’t feel proud, but I really, really do.

I’m very happy that you didn’t guess she would do that. I thought it was ridiculously obvious, so much so I nearly balked at doing it because it would have been clichéd… which it probably was… but ppl are liking it anyway, so that’s great! And of course Draco would have been cocky, that’s just… Draco. lol a little thing like dying wouldn’t change that.

Omg I love Dumbledore!! He’s like my crazy british grandfather… only we’re not related… only he’s fictional… but yeah. *nods*

I liked that scene too, as I’m an even bigger sucker for romance than you are. Draco’s a lover, not a hater, after all. Nope. Not a hater at all. Well…

Hehe! Glad you liked the chap, there’s only one more to go. Eeek! As a writer, my goal is of course to come up with a good piece of writing that plays on people’s emotions, and moreover that they can relate to. So I’m glad you didn’t hate it. Haha… good about the rotten tomatoes, I hate tomatoes, especially if they’re being lobbed at my head (not like it’s ever happened before, but I imagine it would be pretty… erm… gross.) Luv you sparx! *huggles*

Reviewer: sparx Signed
Date: 06/23/05 Title: Chapter 18: Birthday Letters

I’m SO SORRY about the delay in reviewing! Many apologies for not being able to review the previous chapter. I was at my uncle’s place for about a week, and not only did he NOT have Internet access, but he didn’t even have a decently functioning computer! Grrrrr… OK, enough with the complaints. On the bright side, I did come back to see that you had two chapters up for me to read! Woo-hoo! *does a happy dance* (I think my parents have given up on me and have decided to live with the fact there they have a nutcase for a daughter).

Now, it’s review time! Let’s start with chapter 17 shall we? Loved the Quidditch game! I was getting so excited reading it! Adrenaline rush and all! The descriptions were very, very good, and not only for the match but for Regan’s feelings as well. I liked the way you illustrated her every little sentiment before, during and after the match; I could practically feel what she was going through! Ooo, and I’d personally love to see Draco in his full Quidditch attire. I'm damn sure he’d look incredibly sexy!

I was a tinsy bit shocked that Gryffindor lost though. OK, who am I kidding? I was VERY shocked! I guess they can’t always win, eh? But I did feel really sad for the Gryffindor players. They were pounded, literally. And Regan’s reaction to the lose? Hilarious! Even though I suspect Shiney’s Serum had a lot to do with it…

The last bit was the best! I was laughing my head off. But Draco had it coming. He should be thankful that Regan hit him in the face with a pie and not an anvil or something!

(Btw, I have learnt the wonderful art of paragraphing on mugglenet.com, all thanks to you! I hope it worked...)

Next, chapter 18: OMG!!!!!! Very thoughtful of you to leave the much needed heap of tissues! I resisted the urge to bawl out loud in front of my comp (for obvious reasons. Hint: think parents…). POOR DRACO!!!! He better not die! Because I’m going to cry just thinking about that! I hope Regan (or ANYONE for that matter) will find him before the ‘Avada Kedavra’ hits him! Stupid, stinking Voldermort and Lucius Malfoy! I hope they die instead! *lets of a long string of curses*

Now that that’s out of my system, moving on. I found the letter from Tierney and Vera very cute! It’s nice to hear from them, even for that little bit. I'm quite surprised that Mr. Jayden gifted his daughter a flat. After finding out that Regan has a boyfriend like Draco, I’d think he would want her right under his nose more often!

Good to see Regan thinking about the future. I’ll agree with Prof. McGonagall on this one: Regan would make an excellent healer. Oh, and despite my above outburst about the last scene, I really liked it a lot. Mainly because it made me cry. Reading it made me visualize Draco’s pain (as corny as that might sound) and that’s what made me awfully sad, which explains the emotional outburst.

I realized that my reviews seem to be getting longer and longer. I think it’s about time I cut down before you (or the other reviewers) get a headache from reading so many words and decide to give me a good kick! Very much anticipating your next chapter!

P.S. I hope you don’t mind the fact that I crammed reviews for both chapters into one LONG review!

Author's Response: WHAT??? You think I’d kick you? You just made my day with this honking huge review! I love these! *huggles you* Now, down to business…

Don’t worry about not reviewing till now, I’m a very patient person. lol I can understand your dilemma tho—I’d die without a computer for a whole week. I’d go into withdrawal and start rocking back and forth and chewing on ppl’s ankles. Possibly. Well, I wouldn’t be very good company, anyway, tho I imagine it would be nice to come back to a loaded email inbox and all new stuff on your fave sites and… er, so on. *does happy dance with you* (I’m glad your parents have accepted the inevitable. Hehe, j/k!)

I’m SO glad you thought the game was well done (even if those poor little Gryffie-poos lost… lol I just wanted to shake it up a bit, and anyway, Draco made me), because I wasn’t totally sure about it, but if it got you to react the way it did, then YAY for the match!! And of course, YAY for Draco in sexy Quidditch attire!!!!

Hahahahahahahaha…. anvil…. hahahahahahahahahaha….

(Yes, paragraphs are quite lovely, aren’t they? Much easier to read and less headaches. You’re très welcome, dear!)

You bring up a good point. About Draco getting hit by the Killing Curse, I mean. However, as we all know through JKR’s brilliant and lovely books, the Avada Kedavra death is swift and immediate and unless you’re Harry Potter (which Draco is adamant that he is most assuredly not), you die. Which leads to the conclusion that Draco is, er… dead. Sorry.

Hmm… Mr. Jayden obviously didn’t think that one through. lol That just came to me on a whim, but I guess it was mainly for emotional purposes (i.e., Regan being all snippy about getting kicked out and so on). Plot device, you know.

As to Regan’s becoming a Healer, I have to give credit to my good friend Jenn (Finland is lucky to have you, hun!!... well... soon, they will be, anyway). I was sitting there writing this chapter, and I couldn’t think of what career would be most appropriate for Regan. So I called Jenn and I’m like, “After she leaves Hogwarts, what do you think Regan should be? Like a job?” And she told me, “Hm… Hm… Hm... you know, I think she’d make a good doctor.” And a Healer was born. (God I feel corny now. lol)

Just as your reviews seem to be getting longer and longer, so do my replies, but keep in mind that this doesn’t bother me, sparx!! Thanks as always for the wonderful and amusing review and of course for reading. You put a smile on my face! (jeez…I should work for Hallmark or something)

~Kim~

This is my first time reading a Draco/Other character fic. And I must it has become one of my favourite fics! Bloody brilliant! I sat in front of the computer and killed my eyes for three hours reading it, chapter 1 to 13 (but it was totally worth it). I like Regan's character very much; her mannerisms, her personality, her actions, her thought-process (you get the idea). Also, I like the way you portray the relationships she has with other people, be it her friends, Draco, her father, her teachers or her brother. I absolutely love your style of writing and the hints of humour of incorporate into your writing. OK, I think I've said enough (for now). Cannot wait for your next update! I will be checking in daily to see if you do so! =D

Author's Response: Aww! You just made my day, sparx! I'm home sick from school right now (yes, I'm actually sick... lol) and I feel like crap, but your review made me smile which is quite a feat, when I have the mother of all head-aches and have been puking my guts out since six this morning... not that you needed to know that. :) I'm so glad that you like my story and what I've done with it, I really love Regan as a character too, and I'm so proud of her. My next update will be up anytime now it's submitted-- I swear--and waiting for mod approval. Cheers! ~Kim

My goodness, trying to log in is such a chore! I've been trying to review your story for the past fifteen minutes, but each time I want to submit a review, I automatically get logged out! But I was so determined to post a review for this chapter (because it was so good!) that I kept trying over and over again! Finally, I managed to get a review up! OK, enough with the small talk. Down to business. TWO UPDATES IN TWO WEEKS?!?!? That's AWESOME! I couldn't believe my luck!! Needless to say, I forgot everything else I was suppoe to do online and I got down straight to reading your story. As usual, I was NOT disappointed. It was fantastic! I’m so glad to see that Mr. Jayden is so taken by Draco. I hope that’s a good sign for Regan. I found the Regan/Hermione conversation in the train really funny! Oh, and the crystal rose…Man, it was so sweet! The note Draco attached to it was even sweeter! * Sigh * I'm getting all dreamy eyed here! I was wondering if you would feature more of Tierney and Vera in future chapters. Both of them are hilarious. Vera reminds me of a hippie for some reason! Anyways, before I blabber on further, I better stop here. Looking forward to your next update and with some luck, it’ll be up by next week! Woohoo!!!

Author's Response: Well now, if you can slog through fifteen minutes of frustration with those bloody logins, then I suppose I can too. (Hint: Once you've finished typing out the review or whatever it is you're doing on mnff, highlight it, then right-click and hit copy, so that if it logs you out, you can just paste it all back into the review box and hit submit right away. That's what I do! Clever, I know. *grins*)

Down to business indeed. Hookay. Two updates in two weeks, yes. I was quite shocked myself, actually. Now that they've got more moderators, there's a chance that my hope in mnff might yet be restored. I'm glad that April Rain is so distracting--that's a good sign, isn't it?-- and that it didn't disappoint! lol

The crystal rose thing I kind of borrowed from a friend of mine whose "chum" in eighth grade did something of the sort for her. I'm such a sucker for the romantic and the sappy, and I just had to use it somewhere, and Regan ended up being the lucky recipient.

I do believe there are more appearances from Tierney and Vera in future chapters, though unfortunately they haven't got as much character depth as these last two. I'm tentatively toying with the idea of doing a sort of one-shot about the two of them, though I honestly wouldn't have any idea how I'd go about doing that. Maybe how they met... Hmm... the creative juices are flowing! lol As to Vera's being a hippie... you are absolutely right! Although, I think her personality is too complex to be so neatly categorized as just one thing. She has many sides, to me. I didn't write her at all the way I'd meant to, but sometimes characters just write themselves. And sometimes we're lucky enough to end up with a gem like Vera.

If you're going to stop here, then I had better too. Thanks for the wonderful review, you still get top marks for your reviews, they're all very encouraging and nice and loooooong. Hehehe... Keep looking for chap sixteen (woah, are we there already??)! :) ~Kim~

YAY!! I was SO HAPPY when I saw that you story had been updated!!!!! I was jumping up and down on the chair in front of my computer, smiling (stupidly, I bet) to myself and my brother thought I was finally losing what was left of my marbles. Then, after I actually read this chapter, I was grinning even more! It was fantastic! It started out romantic and cheeky, then the whole Regan-shoving-Draco-out-of-the-door-only-to-have-Mr. Jayden-find-him bit was just hilarious! The last part where Mr. Jayden was talking to Regan and Draco was cute, with a hint of comedy. I was surprisred to see Mr. Jayden showing a bit of emotion toward Draco. I thought Mr. Jayden was going to heave Draco out of the door for sure!! LOL...Great chapter, enjoyed it thoroughly and I'll be very much looking forward to the next one!!! P.S. For the previous review I left when you were unwell, I'm so glad it made your day!!

Author's Response: YAY!! It's sparx! I like your reviews, they're nice and long. lol It's very flattering that I can cause somebody to jump up and down and risk embarrassment and possible commitment (to the local insane asylum... hehe j/k!) just by writing down some words on a paper. I'm really glad this chapter made you grin, because I'm grinning like an idiot right now too. It was so much fun to write, probably my second favourite chapter (the fave hasn't come yet-- ;) ). Yeah, I know Mr. Jayden is kind of a tight-arse, but I happen to be very fond of the man, tho he does scare me a little bit. Hehe...Thank you for the review! ~Kim~ P.S. It really did make my day, thanks again! :)

Oh my goodness! I can't believe I never came across your story until recently. I'm sure glad I did! And I read the whole thing at one go. I really enjoyed it. It was wonderfully written, with deep insights on Hermione's complicated state of mind. About how she chose her career over love and how she built a wall around her heart that she never allowed Ron to penetrate. Great job and I can't wait to read other stories that you're going to write. =D

Author's Response: Ah, yes. Hermione. *shakes head* She's a fighter, isn't she? But nonetheless, I'm glad you came across it in the end, and exceedingly more glad that you enjoyed it!
