Moonlight and Shadow by Kerichi

Great as usual.

I'd been wondering where Evan had got to. It's all becoming very intriguing!

Katy xx

Author's Response: Evan is the bad penny. He\'ll always turn up. :D

Another exellent chapter.

Silly, silly Tonks, what has she done. I really hope they make up...... They will make up right?

Mums are the best tho. They always know how to make you feel better!

Loved the P and P references! Mr Darcy is the best! Even if he is rubbish at proposing!

Katy xx

Author's Response: Worst.proposal.ever. LOL I love you against reason and my character. *shakes head at the man\'s arrogance* Sexy yet stupid, was he! :D They will make up, but it will take some time to do it right. I hope you\'ll consider it time well spent!

oooh what a cliffhanger!

What are you trying to do to me?! I might just burst with the suspense.

Can't wait to read the journal entry that goes with this chap, I suspect it won't be as cheerful as the last.

Great as always.

Katy xx

Author's Response: Don\'t burst! (and not just because I\'d miss your reviews, lol) No, Remus\' entries next week won\'t be cheerful. The first is the day of the full moon and the second will be the day after.

From the Battered Journal of Remus J. Lupin by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

My affinity to the journal compels me to keep it at hand. I, too, am rather shabby, and yet there are pages of my life still unwritten.... Remus reflects on his life and love for Tonks in a companion fic to Moonlight and Shadow that parallels chapter nine onward.

Ohhh poor Remus. All that mental self-flagelation, he sets far too high a standard for himself. Oh I just want to give him a hug!

You have a brilliant knack of developing characters without them being OOC.

Katy xx

Author's Response: I once read that Remus, not Sirius, is the eternal penitent of the series, and I believe it. The way he talked about himself in PoA was very self-denigrating. Poor Remus indeed!

I love your fics! And this is another stunner! I've spent way too many hours reading all the the stories in this series over the past fortnight - they were impossible to put down.
You're totally convincing in Remus' voice (and in Tonks' and Sirius' voices in the other fics) and its great to read fanfics where nothing jars.
I look forward to the next installments - can't wait!

Katy xx

Author's Response: Thank you for reading...and for not saying spent instead of \"wasted way too many\"! :D I\'ll do my best to keep the characters dialogue smooth and not jarring, because I cherish your good opinion!

Scrapbook by Magical Maeve

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A short one-shot set just before the Yule Ball in GoF. Severus Snape has to get out his dress robes for the event, and in that drawer is a small piece of his past.

Originally written as a drabble over on the Beta Help forums and expanded for submission.

Wow that was excellent. You capture a mood brilliantly. Every tiny little detail fed into the story and not a word was wasted.

Katy xx

Author's Response: Thank you, Katy! This is the first time I have expanded a drabble to something even approaching one-shot length, so that might explain the tightness with the word count. Glad you liked it. :-)

Dear Snarky Severus by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

Albus Dumbledore is a man of many secrets. One of them is his secret identity as an advice columnist, the Wise Wizard. When he coerces Snape to fill in, readers discover the Sagacious Sorcerer answering their queries would be better named Snarky Severus!

Tee hee! That made me smile.

Just what I needed after the day I've had, thank you.

Katy xx

Author's Response: Smiles are good! I hope your night makes up for the day. ^_^

Too Much is Never Enough by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

Severus wasn't a white knight content to be ennobled by the purity of his affection. He felt more like a black knight, greedy to possess his lady fair. Although he was willing to terrorise peasants and burn villages to complete his quest, could he slay the dragon of pride to make a romantic gesture?

How do you do it? You take ships that would normally freak me out and make them beleivable, enjoyable and reasonably in character. You did it with Draco/Ginny and now with Snape/Tonks.

Good work, it was a fun read.

Katy xx

Author's Response: If you have fun, I have fun, so thank you for the compliment! I think if a pairing isn\'t outside the realm of possibility, if you find the right circumstances in which to bring them together, they\'ll be right for each other. Maybe not in any other dimension of the Potterverse...lol....
