heya im emma
im 16 and i absolutly adore harry potter and anything related.
i have always loved writing ever since i was tiny and the amount of rubbish stories i have written over the years is incredible.
so i decided, now that i am all grown up and (hopefully) know how to write well i have decided to put my love of harry potter and my love of writing together.
i am hoping that making my own will help pass the time until the seven book comes out.
which, now that i think about it, i am kind of hoping it never does, because it is going to be the last one and that is just going to kill me

This is the story of Harry J. Potter and Ginny M. Weasley, their lives, friendships, realtionships and everything in between. Life doesn't always take the road they expect or want, but they soon learn that no matter what they do or how hard they try, the world stops for no man and that simply put, Life Happens.
Primarily Harry/Ginny but with Ron/Hermione background. Picks up after the end of book 5 and continues into Post-Hogwarts.

'Finally the numerous red, pink and white hearts adorning the walls and the naked babies hanging from the ceiling registered.' I just love that harry didn't find anything odd in there being naked babies hanging from the ceiling.
'Dumbledore had taught Ginny how to play Gin Rummy to occupy the time while they waited for Harry to wake' I can really imagine Dumbledore doing that. I think characterisation is probably one of the things you're best at. It's just little things like that, which really add to the personality and keeps everything in canon.

i think you managed to keep the characters canon even though it was so out of canon
the image it conveyed in my mind was so clear, i often find it difficult to picture james and lily and i think youve really added a new depth to my thoughts on the two.

oh my god. i really did not think it was going to happen. I am actually in tears. This is one of the most horrific stories i have read, i am traumatised for life. I mean that in the best way possible, honestly. This was such an incredible story. I dont think i have managed to breath since i started typing this... until just now. I thought everything would end up all happy in the end, i was sure the order would turn up and everything would be happy. Am i really that naive??
I had to read the bit where she got hit like five times to make sure i had interpretted it correctly, you'll find that it cant actually interpret it many other ways. and the bit where malfoy said "you killed her, Potter" kinda took away any last ounce of hope i had.
