I became a "PotterManiac" after reading Chapter 12 ('The Mirror of Erised') of "The Philosopher's Stone". I love all the books, but with some strong Veritaserum, I might admit that my favorite books are "Goblet of Fire", "Half-Blood Prince" and "Prisoner of Azkaban" ;).
I am a TOTAL, PROUD 'Harry/Ginny', 'Ron/Hermione' shipper, as you will certainly notice in my FanFic ...
And some of the stories I submitted to MNFF are also posted on Veritaserum (the 'other HP site', not the potion of course *LOL*) under my real name "Patricia" :) :)
The "memories sharing" are very romantic :) Hey, I hope we will find out what did Ginny and Hermione find in the vault, in a next chapter perhaps?? This story is awesome, I can't wait for what is coming next :D

The potions vault, they are going to come up with something, what it is, who knows. Will it be a clue to how to defeat Voldemort? Maybe there is nothing in all of those notes that will help them find out what Riddle has done to himself. Maybe they will find a way to use a potion to help Harry fight Voldemort. So many possibilities, and so little ability from the author.
GREAT chapter! I just 'got over' HBP, so I do wish the Ginny-Draco part happened FOR REAL(!). I love the idea of the new wand: no "priori incantatum" will be involved at the next Harry-Voldemort encounter. I am glad you won't change the story to suit HBP. It is ... sort of ... comforting to know that ".... " is still there, you know ... * teary eye *
Author's Response: Yep, Draco needed to really be put in his place, and it never happened in HBP. What did happen is his failure to kill Dumbledore. Voldemort is going to be pissed. I think Draco will be lucky to live through it, and may even go into hiding instead of going back to his Master. He could also end up becoming Harry's spy, because we found out he was not capable of being a DE at the end of book 6. Does he take that step in book 7, or does he fight for good? Bummed about Dumbledore are you???
The 'birthday chick' was fun * LOL * You know what, I got a bit worried at the "sacrifice his queen to save his king" thing... Am I overreacting?? Again, this is an excellent chapter, as usual. Good job!

Author's Response: Somewhere, you have to make the leap of faith and trust. Has Snape earned it?? I thought he did at the end of OtP when he told Dumbledore whre to find Harry. Course I was wrong. I still don't buy him as evil for HBP. I know he is, and belive he is in JKR's mind, but that part of the story did not work for me. Too much to get into too explain it here.
it wasn't a potion, but notes that he was messing with. And of course they will check them. Ginny might trust someone like Snape with her life, but I'm not sure she even trusts Ron and Hermione with Harry's. She will be checking on everyone. Remember, she has her own version of the chocolate frog cards.
Awesome chapter again, Huskers. My favourite quote: "He already knows where you are, doesn't he?". Voldemort is so evil, but appeared so foolish at that moment (GO, Ginny :D!). Draco's 'change of heart' was a nice move too. I agree with you that the only things that can change his mind is his mother's death, and the feel of love or friendship he never had known (even with his buddies Crabe and Goyle). Update soon, OK?

OK, the "mind sharing" is very cool, but I guess sooner or later, this would not be enough. Anyway, I think that Voldemort has never loved - emotionnaly or physically-. H/G and R/Hr truly love each other, that we know. Perhaps sharing their love 'physically' would give them an edge over Voldemort? Love is, after all, the power he never understood? Great chapter, Huskers, I am off reading the next! :)
Author's Response: Yes, sooner of later, hormones will just take over and demand to be dealt with. Any experience of love would be something that could be used to fight against Voldemort. Thanks for the review and I hope you like the next chapter.
This chapter was a true roller-coaster ride! You have skillfully dragged us from horror, to romance, to strategy (BTW, you're scaring me with what you are intended to do with Ron's chess games), then back to the epic promises. What can I say after that? GREAT would be a small word! :) Last thing: GO, Hermione, you're the GIRL! :D
Author's Response: There was a lot in this chapter, wasn't there? Ron's game of chess should scare you. If you have not figured it out yet, he is not playing chess. He is figuring out how Harry is going to destroy Voldemort.

The theory about the Dementors was truly amazing (or should I say ... scaring). You have mentionned that this story will follow its course after HBP, and I guess all the chapters have been finished before HBP. Yet I find that there was a parallel between 'creating the Dementors' and 'splitting the soul into Horcruxes'. Where am I going with that? I think you are a real Seer (I don't mean like "Professor Treloony"! It was a sincere compliment)! :D
Author's Response: There is quite a parallel there. It is nothing that I planned on. I never would have come up with the horcruxes the way JKR did. I only took it as far as the dementors. I see that they were split into good and evil. And it will be expanded on in a later chapter.
WOW! That was soooo sweet (!) I'll have to read that chapter again just to enjoy how Ginny made a fool out of Bellatrix and Lucius Malfoy. Voldemort and Ginny's exchange was also excellent, and you pictured the 'balance of power' between them magnificently. So far, I guess you made 'Ssssnape' a good guy who simply carried on the game? In this chapter (in the dungeon scene) he was too silent to persuade me (!). Again, an "O" for this amazing chapter!
Author's Response: Yeah, she did get one over on Bellatrix and Lucius. I can see Voldemort being just like this. It is kind of how JKR wrote him in the scene with Frank Bryce at the begining of GoF. Still don't trust Snape, eh?? Well, there is a reason Ginny is only allowing him into the dungeon with her and Voldemort. I'll lwt you try to figure out what it is. But remember he did help Lily brew the potion that saved Harry as an infant.
That was one of the most BRILLIANT wedding chapter I've ever read, and that means something, considering how difficult is it to write about weddings. I LOVED the vows, poetic and truthful. It was clever to 'bring back' what Harry and Ginny saw in the Mirror of Erised, it added an deep touch of emotion to the ceremonies. Great job, Huskers. 100/10 and BRAVISSIMO! :) :)

I liked the way you used Occlumency and Legilimency in this chapter: it was a very "creative" way for the newlyweds to "communicate" without the 'sex thing' :D. And of course, your interpretation of the First prophecy was very nice too! Good job!

I'm also glad you like my interpretation of the first prophecy. I actually have a few more thoughts on it than those in my story. The big one is, can someone other than Voldemort kill Harry? I know almost every story says only Voldemort can kill him, even my story takes this view, but the prophecy does not say that, in any way, shape, or form.
Just something to think about.

The Sorting Hat's song was AWSOME! I am amazed by the "message of peace" in that song. By the way, Draco in this story may not be as OOC as I thought (!)
