Blue Eyes Reflecting by Vindictus Viridian

Rated: Professors •
Summary: Originally for October Challenge 6: Romance: write a 'ship you don't necessarily support. In his fourth year, Draco discovers that the Malfoy prejudice against Weasleys may have a flaw. Alternate warning: outright lewd.
Draco smiled, the smile that charmed people into doing what he wanted, and opened the door of an unused classroom. Ron showed no signs whatever of cooperation. Draco upgraded the smile to ‘challenging’ and walked in himself, then waited, leaning casually against a desk. It might not work this time, but eventually…

I'm not usually one for same-sex pairing fics. I usually stick to James/Lily and Harry/Ginny. However, I do not mind the slash when it's well written. After reading your 'A Different Sort of Peace' (Which, by the way, I am enjoying immensely), I decided to see what other fics you had and I came across this one. Although against my regular interests, I loved it. Short and sweet, it was a wonderful waste of the 15 or so minutes I spent reading it =)

Author's Response: Well, there is a James/Lily in the heap if you want to scroll down a bit. Come to think of it, there\'s even a Harry/Ginny of sorts. It may be that my goal is to have a story up in every category... ;) Thanks for the review, and I\'m glad you\'re enjoying this and \"Peace\"!

For What It's Worth by Aelan Greenleaf

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Three meetings, two people, one place. The girl and the boy, together and apart. Nothing lasts forever, but at least she remembers when it felt like eternity, when the days were soft, the nights of dark and their love, forever [Lily/James AU]

Beautifully written. I'm not one for crying while reading books or watching movies but this fic had my heart aching and my eyes tearing at the end of it.

Great job :)

Beyond the Prophecy by the_bartender713

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Oh, I'll tell you a tale of a sainted wizard, of his friends and their adventures in store. And I'll tell you a tale of an evil wizard, of the decimated world torn apart by his war.

But be warned, I say, think not far ahead. For where you might see gain, loss may be instead.

Heavily run the theories and conclusions dreamt out of whims, but know that what you hope lies most likely not within.

She's written the words, and told the lot of trials, tribulations, and soul-eating rot.

But I won't tell you how, and I won't tell you when. Just know your illustrious Bartender has done it yet again

An excellent, excellent series. Probably the best I've read on this site. Really enjoyed all of it. When you first called 'Voldemort' 'Muddy-Shorts' I actually burst out laughing and my family members gave me strange looks. I'm not quite sure I can get over the fact that You had Drace and Hermione marry at the end, seeing as I've always hated Draco with a passion, but that's just my personal opinion. Thanks so much for writing the series. It made my day more enjoyable!

For those interested, I'm planning on writing a Prequel to this story. Just thought I'd let everyone know.

That was probably the most wonderful story I've read on this site. A beautiful, bittersweet piece. I rarely cry during fics but this brought tears to my eyes. Excellent work.
