I love the Harry Potter books. I even sort of maybe very probably might like the films (I think), even though they left out Peeves. John Williams is a genius - I was sad when he stopped doing the music. Patrick Doyle is great - just not John Williams!
I love "Moments of Bliss" by Moonymaniac, it is well worth checking out.
I will never think of punch the same way again. Perhaps I will just stick to something I open myself...

I very quickly started to think of her as one of my Harry Potter friends, and looked forward to her comments. I can point to two specific areas in my story that are better because of her. I know in the grand scheme of things, my fanfiction means little, but it was something we had in common and meant something to me. I will really miss her reviews.

Ouch! Sirius is living dangerously, and so is Lindi - big surprise there. It is definitely getting darker and darker. I am almost afraid to read the next chapter! And you have set the stage beautifully for Remus to distrust Sirius and trust Peter.

I feel like I'm walking a bit of a tight rope trying to hint at his flaws that we know about and that might have driven him later without making him the obvious betrayer we know him to be. Oh, how many times have I followed a map meticulously and ended up exactly lost?
I do really think Lindi will forgive him...but I didn't say she wouldn't punch him on the snoot first! Anyway, is the next chapter coming? When do we find out? Can you give us a hint? Is it going to be in the next chapter, or five chapters from now, or ten, or twenty? Huh? Does Will come into the story again?
And when you name the chapter "Under Pressure" is that Remus (because of his furry problem) or you (because you are being hounded for more chapters)?

But, at the same time, I can't imagine Remus would be that easy to forget, no matter what a hottie Sirius is! Remus is a hottie too! Maybe Sirius is worried that if he did that, Darlene would become seriously (pun intended) unhinged and start stalking him in a really scary way. Remus should have let them vanish her! Author's Response: Thank you, Buckbeak22. Yes, somewhere between the silence of Snape's Worst Memory and telling Sirius to sit down in Grimmauld place during Harry's introduction to the Order, Remus found his spine. I'm sure it was always there; he just needed the right insentive to use it.
Ecxellent... Reminds me of the time I gave my sister's boyfriend the "Talk". My father was overseas, and as the oldest sibling I felt it only right... He was about as embarrassed as Remus, and she got so mad at me she didn't speak to me for a week!

Actually, I\'m having to submit it as two chapters because the chapter word limit for MNFF\'s system is 10,000 words. So, hopefully both parts will be accepted and you\'ll actually have two chapters to make up for the massive delay. (I had to get permission to submit them both, so thanks to VV, the wonderful Marauders Era Mod.) So, I\'m crossing my fingers. :)
Don't know why anyone got detention...after all they were all practicing transfiguration, and you don't say that anyone ended up in the hospital wing. McGonagall can be so over reactive sometimes.

Excellent place to stop. And points to you for making Lindi argue about it being non specific. I was thinking it was very out-of-character for her to play the game at all, until she said that. I don't know whether I want to find out what Lindi has to hide, or whether she would shagawerewolf more now. They are being a bit cruel to both of them though, because Lindi could say "no" now, and completely devastate Remus, but if her affections were engaged, that could change. (Personal experience, although not with a werewolf.) Thank goodness you have Lily there, and she has her head screwed on all right! From the way you have written her, Lily is my favorite character so far. You can see why James is so tenacious in his persuit of her.

Yes, Lindi would be uncomfortable enough with this game without specifics. I think they are being rather cruel, but I don't think they see it. I think they see it as doing him a favor, really. I don't think they were the most sensitive of boys or James wouldn't have been so thick to why Lily saw a problem with his behavior. I love em, but they could be idiots!
