Well. Hello there.
My name is Susan.
I'm a student living in Massachusetts who has an insatiable thirst for music and, of course, Potter. I read a whole lotta Hermione/Snape and review often.
I'm also the proud momma of two posted fics that will be expanded upon shortly. I might post updates every once in a while here, so take a look if you're interested.

The Unseemly Proposal by sparx

Summary: The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. In order to regain the respect of his fellow wizards and to make them believe that he has turned over a new leaf (which he actually hasn't) and has graciously accepted muggles and Mudbloods, Lucius asks Hermione, a Mudblood, to marry his son, Draco, a pure-blood. Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. What happens next is a series of events that serve only to bring Hermione and Draco closer, both literally and figuratively speaking. What a great chapter. I absolutely love the progression of things. It seemed a tad slow at first, but then I realized that it made the whole story so realistic, like it could actully happen. Not to mention you have your whole audience constantly on the edge of their seats (our seats, really). I enjoy reading this story more than any ther on this site. You are a wonderful writer and I can't wait for the next post! Thanks for the time and effort you put into this story, it really is the best on the site.

Wow. I mean, WOW. I am absolutley addicted. You obviously put a lot of time, effort, and thought into this writing and it shows. The plot is so captivating and that characterization is just amazing. I love the action element, with the military and such, I love role of the Muggles, I especially love the way you wrote Ron and Hermione. I'm basically a puddle right now, that was so friggin' amazing. I would type more but I think I would need the assistance of a dictionary to help me explan how wonderful this piece is. Once again, that was just so freakin awesome.

Well hello there. No, I'm not back to review a second time. I think I may be pushing it with those long-winded reviews, but you'll just have to deal with it because that's just how much I love this story.
Now, down to business. I have a question. Are you posting this on Ashwinder over at SH? I ask because I came across it and it was under the author PeterPan. Only the first chapter is up and there's a shocking lack of reviews for it (like 6 maybe?), so I figure you just starting archiving elsewhere. I'm hoping that there isn't someone over yonder who is posting your work under a different name ('cuz they're so jealous).

This story is my absolute favorite flavor of Hermione/Snape fanfiction. I luuurve this chapter; and Hermione is right, Snape is Grade A Hunk. I know, I know, he’s fictional and he’s supposed to be ugly. Fortunately though, I can’t seem to get this vision of a gorgeous, tall, dark, and dangerous Snape out of my head. Oh well, there are worse things in the world :o)

It's amazing to me that you can make this story so hilarious in some parts, and yet so analytical in others. And all of it is well written :D
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm really groovin' on this revived prologue. It seems appropriate when considering the tone of the later chapters, which are, in my opinion, darker than the beginning. Perhaps 'darker' isn't the right word, but they are more serious. Whatever. The point is that, rather than being out-of-sync with the rest of this fic, this prologue ties in nicely with later events. Know what I'm sayin'?
Anyway, well done. You've managed to improve an already excellent piece of writing. Every time you update, I shift a little closer to the edge of my seat : )
