Something to Keep You Warm by Slian Martreb

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Different version of my ideal 'first kiss' scenario, which is part of the 'Legion of LSPM's joint fic. The puppies are out of school at this point, and living in Sirius's flat. And Sirius HATES to be cold. A/N: This was written as a gift for someone on LJ for being a faithful reader/reviewer. First chapter is the original version, no prose or narrative. Second chapter will be exactly the same, but with prose. I'll be curious to see which is preferred....

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I\'m so glad you enjoyed the story.

Blue Eyes Scheming by Vindictus Viridian

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: For Spring Challenge 4: Lamb to the Slaughter. Pigwidgeon brings a note to the Malfoy manor in the summer after Draco's fourth year of Hogwarts. This is a sequal to Blue Eyes Reflecting and Blue Eyes Reproachful; the boys are back again by popular demand. Thanks to Slian Martreb for beta-reading and garyf, joanna, and MrTibbles for a helpful canon check!

Chapter 24 1/2: A Walk and A Talk by Gmariam

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A missing moment from "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince".

Wow, this was an amazing story =]. When I got to the bottom and read "This was my first story", I was really shocked; I can hardly believe that! You're an awesome writer, never stop. I love your style, it's very similar to Jo Rowling's - makes it very easy to imagine this actual fic being part of the book. In fact, that's what I was imagining the whole time. Everyone was really in-character, and it all made perfect sense. Major kudos :]

Author's Response: Thank you so much! Wow, what compliments! *blushes* I really tried to write this one like a missing moment from one of JKR\'s own stories, so I\'m glad I succeeded, especially with the characters. I\'ve branched out a bit now but I\'m still sort of proud of this being my very first story here. Thanks so much for reading it and leaving such a wonderful review!! ~Gina :)

Forgotten by Blue Bell

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: In the end, Lily ended up with James. We all know that. However, could Lily have previously been in love with someone before James? Perhaps, a certain Slytherin? What happens when he comes back, looking for closure, for permission to move on?
Reviewer: Everlasting Signed

awww... that was so sad. but sweet. great writing! and they seem in-character too, nice job =]

The Confiscated Item by black_ink

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Ever wonder how Filch got a hold of the Marauders Map? That would mean that the Marauders accidentally left it somewhere in the castle…or maybe it wasn’t an accident. Maybe they left it on purpose. This is a short tale of how Filch got the map, and how the Weasley twins got it after...
Could be considered a sequel to "Map Making," but can be read alone.

Date: 07/03/07 Title: Chapter 1: The Confiscated Item

Ooh, that was so awesome =] I was wondering when someone would write something like this. And all out of one review! Haha, very original and fun to read, great job. I can totally imagine this being the evolution of the map. And, not trying to make you write another fanfic haha, but I've always wondered how Fred and George found out how to read the map.

Author's Response: Thanks!! I\'m pleased you enjoyed it!! People have asked me how Fred and George found out. I would have to think about it a little more. IBut if I were to write it, then they would probably figure it out by accident. But since its Fred and George there would be added humor, of course. ~Sara

I loved this! it was so well-written and Sirius and Remus were both really in-character. Great job, and I love how it's in present-tense.

Goodness, this is definitely my favorite fanfic on MNFF now! You do the most amazing job describing all of the characters' feelings, which makes it very believable. I can totally understand how it must feel to be Arthur, since you described the experience so well. You're a really great writer, definitely keep it up :D I can't wait to read the next chapter. This is so original and such a breather from other repeated plotlines. Love it.

Aww. I love all of your stories. I've probably said this in like every review, but I simply adore the style of your writing. It's so emotional and definitely sends me into the character's feelings, to understand the story better, and 'put myself in their shoes'. A.k.a., it makes sense. haha. great job =D i really enjoy reading your works.

Author's Response: Thankyou! I\'m so pleased you liked this :) I was a bit of a chance putting it up here, as it\'s a bit \"deep\". thanks for your comments, I really appreciate them! Thankyou for your reviews! :)

Reviewer: Everlasting Signed
Date: 09/13/07 Title: Chapter 3: The Rising Moon

Realllly nice chapter, once again :]

I'm glad you updated; I was wondering what happened to this story =P. But anyway, I again love the in-character ness of this chapter. I've never read a story with Remus' parents, so this was pretty interesting. The way you describe it makes me feel so bad for him *Sigh* poor Remus. But, again it was all very incharacter and realistic so major kudos :] and I can't wait for the next chapter.

Author's Response: :D thanks! Ooh i keep getting such lovely comments about my characterisation :D thanks for reviewing :)

How to Hold Sway by lucilla_pauie

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: What if Hermione was in Slytherin? Would things have changed?

I don’t think so.

She would be a Slytherin Princess, still as golden, only more cunning and less conventional.

In this story, let her teach you in gaining influence over the very people who crave it.

LucillaJoanna of Hufflepuff is here playing Lachesis for the May One-Shot Challenge...

...And won Second Place!
