When i was in the third grade my best friend Alina showed me the books of Harry Potter. I read Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban first and this was the first book I ever read. I did not read the words I simply just saw what was happening in my head, it was indeed magical. After reading that my dream of becoming a writer began. I wrote fan fictions of Harry Potter and one day my parents told me the truth: I could not publish Harry Potter with my new ideas, it was ilegal. That is when i learned the meaning of COPYRIGHT. It was very shocking a dream ruining to see that my creations could not be published at all. So I wished that maybe someday the world could appreciate them and that is when after realized I was better of getting my own originals, I did. I have lots of stories made by me, but Harry Potter remains as that factor that made me want to dream. I may not be as obsessed as before but I cherish JK Rowling's creations very much. In fact, when I was a little girl I wanted to contact her and convince her to make all the books with me again to add my ideas. I even wrote her a letter, but my mother never let me send it. Years later, when I discovered internet and the many perks of it I found that I could indeed share that work with those who share the same dream. To think, that I was the only one. I never dared to actually publish them on the internet, cause I was afraid they were be stolen. But now, I stand before this computer and realize how amazing it is that many people share the same dream and enthusiasm. Its inspiring how the creation of one person influenced so many others. I bet JK Rowling must feel pretty darn special. And she should. Though, I think she should make her movies longer and more like her wonderful books. Either way, I guess the is the very long version of saying that Dreams can be come true after all.
