Message me for anything you need to contact me about, here or on the forums (on which my screenname is the same).

Starting Over is still an active story, but this unfortunately does not mean it will be fluidly updated, just that it will come up with a new chapter whenever I have the time. I am taking my time with each chapter, making sure it's the best work I am capable of within the realm of the Potterverse. I'm conjecturing that this will be my final work of fan fiction for Harry Potter, as I'm growing more of an affinity for my own original stories, using the experience I've gained from my work on here and other fan fiction sites.

Again, I do want to say how sorry I am that I did not complete In Nomine Amoris to its end. I could tell you how it was going to end, though I doubt it matters to anyone at this point, moved by Deathly Hallows as we were. I also doubt that anyone is going to read this profile information, but oh, well. It's here, just in case.

Love,
Christine

Starting Over by suckr4romance

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: [Begun Pre DH] Draco, in order to avoid the wrath of the Dark Lord, negotiates his return to Hogwarts, the only place in the world he can be safe. Ginny, meanwhile, tries her hardest to forget everything about...(Boy-Who-Lived who?)...and focuses on her N.E.W.T. classes. Unfortunately, one moment of carelessness in Potions gives her a one-way ticket to weekly tutoring sessions with--yes--Draco Malfoy. This fic takes Draco/Ginny and attempts to make it go along with canon. Reviews are appreciated.

'In Nomine Amoris' is Latin for 'In the Name of Love.'

A Hope, From Helga by suckr4romance

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: New Year's Challenge #2, "Dreams", written by suckr4romance of Hufflepuff House.

A two-part fan fiction telling the part of the founders' story--a crucial part. It is told from the point of view of Helga Hufflepuff, in tribute to my House.

I Do Believe by suckr4romance

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Written in response to Winter Snows Challenge Three: A Kiss for the Ages.

HBP SPOILERS! A tale of Hufflepuff romance, one concerning Susan Bones and Justin Finch-Fletchley. It’s witty, it’s romantic, and it’s Hufflepuff! What more could you ever seek (plus a little bit of fluff)? If you watch Chamber of Secrets, you'll notice that Susan and Justin are standing NEXT TO each other in the Dueling Club scene! Coincidence? I think not.

Challenge Finalist.

We Live On by suckr4romance

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Written in Response to Winter Snows Challenge Two: Ending of a New Beginning.

Six men and women spend Christmas together in a small house, on a small hill. They are their own family—or they would be, if only they could put the past behind them, and live as the dead would want them. The war changed them. Many had died, many had been saved, but they lived on in spite of everything...

Post-War One-Shot. WARNING: Multiple character deaths mentioned.

Never by suckr4romance

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Written in response to Winter Snows Challenge One: Redemption.

It’s New Year’s Eve. A young man wanders the streets of a town, blaming himself for the loss of a loved one, and a young woman sits before her fire, pondering the effects of the war. What happens when one mentally calls for the other, without even knowing it? A life-altering conversation is held amongst the two, its result mending a rupture between the One and the world—his world, the world he loved.

The war ended less than a year ago, and it has been five years since the end of Book Seven. WARNING: This is not to be taken as a romantic shipping.
