I am a twenty-something graduate student with an absolute love of writing and not enough free time in my life for all the stories I want to start.

Main main pairing is James/Lily. I also like Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, and occasionally Draco/Hermione. And I adore Luna Lovegood (just in general, not actually as part of a couple). I have pretty strong opinions about characterization in this series (more so than in anything else I read or write), and don't often write fluff or anything with perfect endings.

While You Tell Me Stories by Dawnie

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: In a world ruled by blood and money, James Potter has never once been denied anything he wanted, except Lily Evans. With neither blood status nor money, Lily can only rely on her vibrant personality to force others to see her worth. As their final year at Hogwarts ends and they are forced out of school, both find that the real world presents challenges that hadn't been expecting and problems they don't know how to overcome.

Where You End and I Begin by Dawnie

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: And James was walking on air, floating through his own life. Everything was wonderful and spectacular and fantastic and Sirius was happy for him - really.

Epithet by Dawnie

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Lily-centric. When she was little, she hated her name. It wasn’t quite right, not for her, and although she didn’t know exactly what it was that was missing, she knew that something was missing.

She’d listen with abated breath to the nicknames others gave her, hoping she’d find the answers in them. In all her short life, she’d been called many different things, and she was determined that at least one of them would fit.

Fool Me Twice by Dawnie

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary:

Lily Evans is pretty, intelligent, vivacious… and accused of murder. James Potter is privileged, arrogant, and conceited… and her best chance at avoiding Azkaban. If only he wasn’t convinced of her guilt.

With a war looming in the background and evil slowly seeping into the wizarding world, seven years of secrets unravel, and two very different people find themselves caught up in a battle against privilege, intolerance, and greed.

But even in the darkness, and even in the despair, there is still friendship, and love, and hope.
