Lily Evans would always just be her too-perky-in-the-mornings roommate that her best mate, James Potter, had a thing for. 2. She would never need anyone in her life who wasn’t already there. 3. Above all else, she believed in a purely platonic relationship between herself and a certain mischievous Marauder. It just might take all year, but she’s got to learn sometime that truth doesn’t always prevail in the ever-changing world of Hogwarts. Hell, even the staircases like to move now and again.
