Don't junk it! This is one of my favorite stories on MuggleNet. Don't change the plot you had planned, don't give up, and keep writing!!!
And what a place to leave us hanging.

Author's Response: I'm so sorry! I honestly didn't mean that I was even considering junking this story - I meant the DM/HG story. Thank you so much for your support - it's lovely to hear that you're enjoying my fic so much *hugs*

Well, it took a dead guy but at least they're talking! Hopefully he'll take the hint & go to her. I'll just have to wait patiently to find out.

Author's Response: Yes, but you can never count on the sensitivity of men, now can you? *lol*

PLEASE KEEP WRITING THIS STORY! I have read each chapter almost obsessively since the beginning and I cannot tell you how much I love this story! You are an extremely talented writer with a head for making up great plots and finding one of the rarest pairs in fandom-- I, personally, would have NEVER thought of Hermione/Oliver, it's just never occured to me until I read this story! You handled the Marriage Law Cliche with grace along with every other obstacle. Which makes this one, fantastic piece of writing! Absolutely brilliant!

Author's Response: You have been with me for a long time, on this story, and I love you for that *hugs*

I obviously didn't express myself very well, as I seemed to have scared a lot of people *grimaces* I am definitely not going to abandon this story - it is nearing the end, and it will get finished, I promise. I was actually referring to the DH/HG story when I was talking about possibly junking a fic.

Sorry for the scare - but thank you so much for your lovely comments :-)

Author's Response: Edit - Do you know, I've been blithely typing up all my responses, only to find I hit the same typo in each one? It's DM/HG *feels that perhaps it's time to go to bed*

BR

Author's Response: *lol* thank you very much! *hugs*

I'm glad to hear that you would be interested in my Draco/Hermione story, should I ever get it finished. My beta is actually on my case to write it as well, so we'll see.

This is a great story! I love the way Hermione and Oliver's relationship is progressing baby step by baby step.

Author's Response: Thank you! *hugs*

Hey. Well I wanted to say that this story is amazing and that you should not give up on it. Please don't junk this story. I know that I would and will wait for however long it takes for you to figure out where you want to take this story. The plot is original and you write Oliver so perfectly. So good luck writing and please don't give up on this story!

~Sauce~

Author's Response: Thank you so much, Sauce. You've always given me so much encouragement and support, and it means a lot.

I'm so sorry to have worried you - I didn't mean that I was considering junking this story - but the DH/HG one I'm working on right now. This one will be finished, I promise, though I may continue to be a bit slow with updates. *hugs*

Author's Response: Edit - That's DM/HG *winces at stupid typo's*

That was a beautiful ending to the chapter!

Author's Response: Thank you! I loved writing this one, as one of the first real 'moments' between them

Love love love it. If you kill the story, I'll be distraught lol I love your attention to the thoughts in their heads and can't wait until the next chapter. Plz don't kill it, I implore you to finish this fanfic because frankly, it kicks all kinds of ass!

Author's Response: Thank you very much :-)
No, I won't be killing this story, I promise - I was actually meaning the DH/HG story that I'm working on right now (though it hasn't been posted anywhere yet) may get junked, so no worries!

Author's Response: Edit - That's DM/HG *darn typo's* ;-p

please dont kill it, atleast finish the darn thing.

Author's Response: *ack!* I think I wasn't very clear - I definitely won't be abandoning this story - ever. I was actually talking about possibly junking the DH/HG story that is currently in progress, though not posted anywhere yet. Sorry!

Author's Response: Edit - That's DM/HG ;-p

PMSL... I loved Hermione's 'stomach problems'!!!

Hermione's resposne to Oliver's gift was really well written, as you made her thoughts about her position really belivable.

Keep up the good writing... I'm going to read the rest now!

Author's Response: Thank you! :-)

huh. well at least it's worth waiting for! But I was all set for some Wood (Bum-bum, bad pun alert!) in this one. Shucks.

Author's Response: Some Wood... *groans* I'm glad it was worth the wait - though some 'action' would have been nice, Oliver's insisting on being a gentleman - at least, for now ;-)

I love this story and I really hope it get's finished. The biggest compliment I can give is I looked it back up to find out if you had added chapters yet and I really want to know what happens next!

Author's Response: I promise, I will finish this story. Though, occasionally the number of chapters I have planned changes, it is mapped out to the end and we're rapidly approaching the final chapters. *hugs* Thank you so much!

I was wondering how they were going to to handle the wedding night. They should have discussed this sooner. The investigation seems rather background to the personal part of the story.

Author's Response: *lol* You're probably right, they should have, shouldn't they?

Wow, sometimes I find myself not being able to follow things which is good. I need to be more intellegent to keep up with all the things happening. I love how the characters are all flawed and not like a Disney Fairy Tale movie where every thing turns out hunky - dory. It rescues the story from becoming predictable. The wedding night got me so intrigued. I could sense the stand still between the two characters between their dialouge. Hermione actually wanted something to happen to her that night, but Ollie didn't know it. It sucks becasue he wanted it too. I guess they were talking past eachother. I was like Hermione just tackle him and start kissing him. I think that's what i would do. No words would be easier for me. But i still don't think i would have the courage to jump on him. Hermione is bold and courageous, even though admitting an akward or unfavorable moment. I love reading the dialouge between characters or the romance scenes. I hate to admit that occasionally i find myself reading over things like the descripotions of the museum to see if Oliver re - enters the picture. It gets me into soo much trouble, but i get so excited when i read Oliver's fantastic Scottish dialouge. You should really read a series called Outlander. It reminds me of your writing and story so much. Even the names like Jamie and Ian. The attire is the same too like the tartan and the sporan. You must do some research. The author of the book i am talking about researches a lot for her novels. I totally respect and admire the amount of work you put into these stories. Your's shines out amoung the rest of the same old same old stories. It's mature and sophisticated, not entirely focused and obsessed with the romance between the two main characters but another more serious plot like this trouble the ministry is having. and the relationship between Hermione and her dad is so complex and believable. giving each of these characters a light of thier own, and each a different story. though i must say that the over all impression i get of hermione and her father is a sad one. Hermione hardly ever seems happy! Oliver is more than Hermione. I guess its the big rain cloud that the whole war has put on the setting and how it influences the lives of the characters. I guess i also find myself sympathizing with Hermione. I would hate to have an arranged marriage, so I feel sad for her, and envision myself in her postition with my feelings. I hope Hermione cheers up, she has a good man beside her. Poor Ron... I am wondering what you had in mind for him and Harry. After Hermione has left are they still going to be involved with the story? And does Fred like Hermione? I think he does. He acts like a jealous, pouty ex - boyfriend.

Well I hope I loaded you up with enough questions. You have inspired me to make my storyline better. Keep it up, can't wait for the next installment!

~ Mer

Author's Response: Thank you so much - I can't tell you how much getting a review like this really makes all the work to get out each chapter so :-) I spent a lot of time researching for this story, and I'm really glad it shows. I wanted to really bring people in to what I could see by showing them the details. You know, you're the first one to comment, but you're right, Hermione isn't often really happy, and still carries a great deal of her experiences around with her from the war. Fred and Hermione, hmmm? *evil laugh*

No dancing with Ron? I loved the scene in which you depicted Hermione glancing at Oliver's sensual knee. Oliver's eyebrow going up. I could just picture him saying, "Eh. You like that?" I laughed. You make him sooo lovable. I want to see how he is depicted in the movies when he is older. But disapointingly, I don't think I will be able to see a grown up Sean Biggerstaff. I was thinking about the whole blood thing: VAMPIRES EAT BLOOD!! Is there a connection? I love it when stories make me think. I am thinking that the vampires like store the blood of the people they suck or something. And the dark wizards are using it. But I don't know what for. I don't even know if I am right. Hermione will probably figure it out!

Author's Response: *lol* You've got some great ideas... but I'm not admitting anything just yet :-) Thank you so much for reading, darling *hugs*

Author's Response: *lol* Why thank you :-) It's were I keep track of all my writing (the little there is) and post the things that can't be accepted on MNFF. It's flattering to know people are interested enough in me to check it out :-)

very, very cool museums. I wish I could converse with galahad...
this just keeps getting better. I applaude you ~ being a perfectionist is great, from the reader's perspective! Oh, I still feel so bad for hermione and oliver. how awkward their first night was. cringe-worthy. your writing is powerful.

Author's Response: Thank you! I had so much fun trying to come up with what a Wizarding Museum might be like - it's lovely to hear that someone else noticed :-)

*blushes* Thank you so much *hugs*
