Author's Response: Ahh...thank you, Gin_Drinka. I'm really glad you are enjoying the story, and I'm very sorry I've been so negligent in responding to my reviews. I should do that now, but I think you all would rather I spend this valuable time writing the next chapter, eh? ;) I've been having some health problems and it has distracted me from my writing, but I have some time and a little energy right now, so I thought I'd let you know that I am working on it. Currently, ch 43 has 3,338 words, so as you can probably guess by my average chapter length, it still has a little way to go to completion. I will try to get it to you ASAP. Thanks for all the reviews, (that goes for everyone I've neglected *blush*) They are very encouraging and make me feel awfully guilty for not updating. So thanks. LOL

that was so perfect!!! Lol, I read this at school when I had time, and once I was done I couldn't stop squealing and giggling. I asked the guys I was with if they thought I was a raving lunatic and they said, yeah, but a cute one...lol
This is my alltime favourite story. It's that great. You do an indescribably beautiful job with Remus's character...in most stories he's just too much of a saint....and I love how their relationship isn't childish, but is still sort of clueless...it's perfect! I wish I could review every single chapter, as your story deserves a million reviews, but I really don't have time what with exams. Well, I'm satisfied knowing I've gotten my point across just how much I love this!

They aren't children and they aren't quite grown, but their feelings are strong and valid, yet they are also inexperienced, so I'm happy if that is how they come across. Author's Response: Oh, yay! I've tried a couple of times to get male betas to help keep them sounding like 16 year old boys, but no success. I am depending on the many many hours spent in the company of my mostly male friends to help me out. Still, I feel like they might have acted a little differently when I wasn't around. This was my favourite chapter out of all the ones you've written. The tension you capture here is just incredible. It really shows the impact Voldemort's early actions had. I love it. Your writing definately improves as you continue to write. By that I mean this story was always good, but as the chapters go on, it just gets better. Author's Response: :) Keep reading if you have a mind to. I think you'll find at least 38-39 chapters of togetherness to come. I don't remember reading the part of their sorting anywhere, so I took the liberty of writing it this way. JKR had stated in an interview that I read about the time I started writing this, that there were around a thousand students at Hogwarts. If my math is correct, that would make for more than 4 or 5 boys in each class. Im sorry if it has thrown the story for you. I'm sure there are a number of things in it that bother lots of people, but I actually have read the books ;) and while I miss some things, I have reasons for writing everything the way I did. *shrugs* Like I said, it isn't for everybody. Thank you for the review, though.
