This is a really interesting direction the plot takes. I wonder whether they are going to hunt down every remaining death eater on their own... But first your praise: I like Harrys make over. Author's Response: I think the mods must be taking mid-term exams or something. ;) Or perhaps they really *are* dead. The next chapter has been in the queue for *ages*. It's been read twice though, which is puzzling. If it ever makes it through the queue, the next ones are going to be consolidations of several chapters. This is ridiculous.

Author's Response: Draco's nicer than we remember him in school because he's trying to live down the Malfoy reputation, and of course, his own juvenile snottiness. He's also still kind of in a state of shock (read: wtf?!?) about the whole thing; it really only been a few days since the whole thing started.

I really enjoyed reading your story. It is very well written. I can't wait to find out what else happens between Draco and Hermione. I have to admit that I am a huge Ron/Hermione shipper, but this story provides for a nice vacation from the norm. The moderator IS quite slow, so I guess I will just have to wait patiently (not sure if that's possible on my part but I will give it a shot!) for your next chapters. Keep writing, I am enjoying every minute of it so far.

Author's Response: Thanks for your praise. It certainly is much easier to ship R/H, but less interesting to write. I think Draco is far more fascinating than Ron, especially after HBP where we finally get some details. Also there's just so much more *space* to write a story if it's off the beaten track.
