I enjoyed this chapter. I was wondering how Harry would not know somet things about the wizarding world like the diagon alley thing if his son has been in the world for a few years- like where he had to buy his books and stuff. It is a great story anyway. Thanks for your efforts.

i like the story s far but it has a small 'flaw' - if you could call it that, in my opinion. What did harry do? What made him change? How could he just leave his frinds like that? I just dont know how likely that would be of harry...ah well, there's more chapters to come, perhaps i'll find out soon enough. other then that, its great!!!

I just caught up with your story! The subtle play of the mystery of Harry's story is intriguing and nicely done. I was moved by Hermione's reaction to seeing him.

I hope to know more about Alex as a character, separate from his function as kidnapee in the plot!

Very good chapter, and yet... frustrating. *sigh* Still no answers, although I suppose that's the point, isn't it? ;-) It's good to see Harry and Ron reconciled so easily, and I'm glad the four are all working together. I've been of the same mind as saveginny_506 for some time now -- doubting that Harry is REALLY Alex's father. Of course, that could just be wishful thinking on my part. On the other hand, I have this little theory that's probably waaaaaaaaay off, but you might get a laugh out of it:

I think Alex was a case similar to Tom Riddle's (nobody wanted him, so he was headed for a Muggle orphanage), and Harry somehow found out about him and decided to take him in to keep history from repeating itself. Okay, maybe not.

Anyway, I think you're doing a great job with this story. Like everyone else, I'm a bit frustrated by the lack of answers, but I trust you'll reveal everything at the proper time. Keep up the good work!
