YES! What a twist. You certainly kept me guessing. And this chapter was amazing. I wodner why Kate didn't tell Remus she'd wanted a piece of seventh year back. I'm glad you didn't bring Lily and James back that way, it wouldn't have been as feasible as they'd been dead fifteen years and were hit with the killing curse. Funny thought, where does the veil lead to? Do you remember in DH when Professor McGonagall had to get into Ravenclaw tower and was asked 'Where do vanished objects go? Well Maybe the veil sends things to where vanished objects go and the room of requirement just unvanished Sirius. Am i making any sense? Incidentally, your Professor McGonagall was perfect in this chapter, my favourite line was - “If you knew, why didn’t you send them down and spare me the walk?” asked McGonagall. - It was just hilariously funny. I can't wait to see how you have Harry react to this situation, I think i'd probably die of shock, but maybe he'll mistrust it at first, perhaps he won't believe it's really Sirius. Or maybe he'll become obsessed with the room of requirtement again, like when he tried to find out what Malfoy was diong in HBP, perhaps he'll keep trying to bring his parents back then argue with Sirius and say something awful he doesn't mean like 'it brought you back so why not them'. Sorry, don't mean to write your story for you, thats why i have no fics posted, I prefer reading, but it's nice to try and guess and even better to be surprised by how far off the mark you were.

Author's Response: Fantastic review!! I loved it. I definitely think you're on the right track with how I feel about the Room of Requirement. I knew I couldn't bring someone back to was straight up dead (like James or Lily), but I figured, "Hey, why not let Sirius come back?!" I thought it would toss in an interesting dynamic. And after all, this is a love story (it's really all I write), so what better than to throw in some competition? =)

phew, well, i loved (and absolutely hated) how Remus rejected her, he did it so cruelly, getting her hopes up by saying how happy he was with her and then dashing them when he said 'loved' not love, cruel cruel man!. i think we've all been rejected badly at one point or another and its just the pits. how will she apologise to Tonks? will Tonks still be as bubbly with her afterwards or bitter? hmmm.... the plot thickens...

well, as you can probably tell, i love this story, im always intrigued about Remus' Hogwarts girlfriends as we dont hear much about them in the fanfic world. annnnnnnyways, well done you evil suspensful author and i obviously cant wait for the next chapter =D

WHO? Who is it?! Oh I hate the way authors leave you dangling on the edge of a cliff by your fingertips. The beginning of the chapter was beautifully written, just enough nostalgia and melancholy to make me want to cry with Kate and kcik Remus up the bum. It sort of reminds me of the All, Billy, Georgia triangle in Ally McBeal, ever seen that? Anyway, I'm desperate for another update, who fell out of the room of requirement?

Another great chapter and OOO what a cliffie! I love all the little details you put in that make the characters real, Tonks spilling the pumpkin juice on Kate during McGonagall's speech, Kate trying to make the potions room less hostile etc. I particularly enjoyed the small exchange between the trio and Kate after potions, it was very them. Oh and Luna was brilliant, more of her please, glad she got one over on Hermione. Kate was quite awful to Tonk's, hope she's not too upset. I wish I could go to Portus 2008 but Dallas is a little far from where I live, hope you have a good time though.
