i like it a lot but i wish you would work on Aurors and Schoolgirls! Hahaha . . . it's fun to see the Potters from a oblivious Muggle's point of view.

Author's Response: Thanks. I hope to update A&S soon, honest. It's fun to write the Potters from a oblivious Muggle's point of view. -N-

YEAH!!! Love seeing your story updates ;)
Can't wait to see what Jacqui finds at the Potter's new place--Lockhart's Guide to moving in perhaps... hehehehehe..

As with other reviewers, can't wait for update tor Tales of the Battle and of course Aurors and Schoolgirls.

Looking forward to more of your one shots, namely Harry and Ginny's side of the stories you have already finished with Ron and Hermoine.

I also wouldn't be opposed to reading something from Molly's POV, cause The MInd of Arthur Weasley is a wonderous piece of writing and I reread it often.

Edye

Author's Response:
Thank you.

Jacqui will meet several new people (many of them familiar to readers, but not to her) and make some puzzling discoveries.

There are only two more chapters of Tales of the Battle (Paperwork, and Index). I’ve been neglecting A&S but I hope to put that right soon.

The rather rude one-shot Spontaneity is about to get three even ruder chapters. Writing from Molly’s pov is not something I’d considered, Though I’m glad you like Arthur. That story is indirectly responsible for this one, as, until Arthur I’d never considered writing first person pov.

I'm writing this with a big grin plastered on my face because of Annie's antics! I only noticed one typo in this story: you forgot to capitalize Ginny's name in one spot. I'm typing this up on my Dad's cell phone, so I can't cntrl-C and cntrl-V for you, sorry :(

I am still trying to decipher the anagram (?) on Harry's helmet. You hinted that it had something to do with Ginny sand that has helped enormously! Thank you!

I finally got my mom to break down and listen to the Harry Porter audiobooks. She is HOOKED! In the span of a week and a half she has listened to SS, CoS, PoA, and GoF. She has just reached Harry's trial in OotP, she is about to meet Um-bitch *AHEM* excuse me Umbridge ;-)

I am eagerly awaiting your next update!

Sincerely,
Rebekah (AngelEJC)

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I made one minor change after the final beta-read, and I added a typo! Typical!
Harry’s t-shirt – it isn’t an anagram. If I say ?ARPIE? is that a big enough clue?

ahh this is one of my new favorite stories...something about it just makes me smile, she is such a relatable character :) Can't wait for your next update (on any of your stories), b/c your fanfics rock!

Author's Response: Thanks. Jacqui is an interesting character to write. I hope to get the last two chapters of Tales of the Battle submitted and approved soon. Once they are approved that will be one less story to update! -N

Another great chapter I can't wait to hear what is going on with everyone. Knowing what Lavander is i'm sure that you will explain why the Potter's moved.

Author's Response: Thanks. It will be some time before you find out what’s going on, and why the Potters moved. -N-

Somehow, your story has managed to pass me by until today. I really like it. Little tidbits from non-canon POV are so refreshing. I like how poor Jacqui was gotten herself into an awkward muddle; it's quite realistic. I also like the portrait you've painted of the young Potters. Please keep writing!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I intend to write most (though probably not all) of this story from Jacqui’s perspective. The Muggle outsider is a great viewpoint, as readers know a lot more than she does. -N-

Very interesting story so far--I like the fresh pov.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. The pov is interesting. The readers can make better guesses about what is going on than the narrator (I hope). -N-

good chapter, like how real you've made them.

"strangling the English language" - that was my favorite line! Although the whole thing was quite brilliant. Wow. This is such a great story because of its originality, but it can be completely true to canon. GENIUS!!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Henry is certainly capable of violent abuse of the language. Jacqui sees and reports everything, even though she doesn’t always understand what she sees. -N-

awwww cutest chapter ever!!! Harry is such a great dad (and i could totally picture his entrance with bad-ass music in the background lol) I love this story a lot, the kids are absolutely adorable, and your plot with the "werewolf" murders is really interesting! I can't wait to read more, update soon!

Author's Response: Thanks. This is an everyday story of parenthood, family life, moving house, a new school, a big black motorbike—and werewolf murders. It could only be life with the Potters. :-) -N-

you are a beautiful writer . in the past month your stories have consumed me (: this story is like nothing else ive ever read on this site and it is very refreshing . but i cant wait for more chapters in your other stories (cough , aurors and schoolgirls , cough ) (;

kelsey (:

Author's Response: Kelsey. Thanks for the review. I’ve definitely never read anything like this story either. I hit a snag with Aurors and Schoolgirls, :-( but I think I’ve fixed it. :-) I will be back on it when I finish “Tales of the Battle” (only two chapters left). -N-

Hello again!

All I have to say is awwwww :) Well, other than that, I do think you're right, Harry and the rest of the Potter clan are VERY interesting and fun from a muggle point of view. I'll have to remember that...

I actually have something that I wanted to ask you: have you ever read a story on this site and then go back and it's gone? I was really enjoying this story "The Greatest Power" by MuggleMomma, I wrote reviews, added it to my favorites section, etc. I went back yesterday to see if chapter four had been posted, and the story had vanished. I used the site searcher and couldn't find it, it was GONE from my favorites section as were my reviews, and evey trace of it is gone! POOF! I e-mailed the site administrator, but haven't heard back yet. I really liked the story...

As always, keep up the good work, thank you for answering my reviews, and HAVE FUN writing!

~Rebekah (AngelEJC)

Author's Response:
Thanks for the review. This is a lot of fun to write (though also hard work). I love throwing in stuff which (I hope) readers will spot, but Jacqui doesn’t. Harry’s bike, is of course, Sirius’ and the t-shirt he’s wearing (--RPI--) is, of course...

I’ll be honest, I read very little fanfic. I’m sure that the mods will help. I know (from experience) that when you’re banned from HPFF all your stories are deleted and you become an unperson. I’m certain that this site is much more mature. But any author could pull their stories. I could delete all of mine.

I like this story. i like all your stories actually. Especially sleepless night. Big fan of canon-compliant post battle stuff. I woul love to see how this story plays out. Keep it coming

Author's Response: Thanks for the review, and the kind words. Chapter 2 (The Pick Up) is in the queue and has been for ten days. -N-

I really enjoyed this story, I always thought Harry and Ginny would send there kids to muggle school. Anyway, really looking forward to more.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I agree, and I'm sure that Hermione wouldn't want her kids to lose touch with the world of her parents (and her own childhood) either. -N-

Wonderful. Keep it coming. Can't wait to see how this ends.

Author's Response: Thanks. I will I’m currently working on chapter 7 (among other things) -N-

Great start to a new and unusual story.
Why are the Potters living in Coquetdale?
(It's a lovely place, I've been there on holiday.)
Looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds.
Like the Charlton joke!

Author's Response:
Thanks for the review.

Coquetdale because I wanted to use a remote area of England, and this one is handy (for me). It is a lovely place. Next: more Jacqui, no Ginny, but lots of Harry.

I called my narrator Jacqui then looked for a Reiver surname. I wrote this chapter (and most of the next) before I realised that she was Jacqui Charlton. I considered changing it (to Chisholm) but the name was already in my head, so I gave her the joke line instead. Her maiden name was Wake (is that important?).

Great first chapter ! Will there be ginny's and harry's point of view too ?

Author's Response: Thanks. The next chapter (and several more) will be from Jacqui’s perspective. I’d like to write the entire thing from her pov, but I suspect that won’t be possible. -N-
