Summary: This is my version of the final battle. Harry is leading a great army against Voldemort's fortresses, but victory comes at a high price. Please, please, please, please PLEASE review. This is a one-shot, no other chapter.

"Even as Harry tore his glance away from the army, and looked to the castle, another voice sounded, one high and cruel.
“Potter!” it shrieked. “You dare challenge me? You think you can besiege this castle? No, Potter. I don’t think so! Morsmordre!” A jet of green light shot out of his wand and exploded. There, in the sky, was the Dark Mark. Hundreds of more appeared, nearly a thousand. One for every Death Eater. Then, with a loud, whooshing sound, every Dementor that ever was found by Voldemort flew through the air. The stars lost their twinkle, torches were extinguished. The Dark Marks, however, seemed to grow brighter. Harry watched the demons as they awaited Harry’s attack."
