I'm not exactly sure when this takes place. I've timed it strangely. I'm going to say that it happens during Christmas of Book 6, and we'll pretend that Lucius has escaped from Azkaban. I can't really put Book 6 disregarded because it really hasn't been. Just in an odd part of the story.
