Laughter of The Insane by stupid_muggle

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:
Sirius wasn't the only one who laughed as he was being taken away to Azkaban.

Bellatrix Lestrange laughed too.

And her laughter was louder.

Fragmentary Blue by Hatusu

Rated: 3rd-5th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary:

The whole world has gone crazy, tipped on its side, changes happening so quickly that Harry can’t keep track of them all. He isn’t at the centre of it anymore – he’s drifting peacefully somewhere on the very outer rim, and he likes it this way, and he never wants to go back.

He has a dream one night. Soft hands lift him out of his bed. He opens his eyes and their faces are like maps of a country he’s never been to but has always wanted to go. They say they’ll take him to a place where all he has to is breathe.

He says okay.

After Voldemort's defeat, Harry struggles to come to terms with love, death, and the end of innocence. One-shot. Rated for very, very mild sexual implications.

Life is But A Dream by Pondering

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: When Sirius passes through the veil, he ends up in the Realm of Dreams. He manages to wake up. But when he wakes up, it’s the 30th of October 1981. The past fourteen years have never happened. He has a chance. Will it all be for naught?

Note: The word count for the story is incorrect, it should read around 21096 words. I arrived at this amount by adding the word count for the individual chapters together.

A Smell of Sulfur - Part One of the Romulus and Remus Trilogy by The Webspinner

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Twenty years after the death of Voldemort. A murderer is on the loose, and he is using a powerful weapon - a creature known as the Atronach, a beast of fire that leaves traces of sulfur where it makes its kill.

Ron Weasley is the first to stumble across these murders, and Harry Potter arranges for the old trio, plus Ginny, to team up and face this threat. The mysterious orphaned teenage girl Amanda, whom Harry keeps as a foster child under nebulous circumstances, also offers her help.

However, underlying the case of the murders is a much deeper conspiracy, one involving the last true disciple of the Dark Lord, a man who operates in the shadows, a man who seems to be directing and predicting the every move of the trio and their quarry...a man who may be more powerful than Voldemort himself. Even though the threat of a sadistic murderer is high, it only conceals a far greater one. And in this story of love, deception, fear, hate, anger, betrayal, courage, and passion, the unanswered question is - when will this mysterious orchestrater tip his hand? Part One of a trilogy.

Dear Conscience by Pussycat123

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Mini-fic with 3 parts.

Dear Reader,

I am a troubled girl. Everything that could go wrong, seems to go wrong. Throw in the biggest pain in the derriere a girl has ever had to put up with, a best and worst friend that you both love and hate, and a sister you just purely hate, and what do you get? My life. So that’s why I need an outlet – someone to yell at, someone to blame, and someone to draw some kind of twisted comfort from. Who better than my conscience? And how do I keep in contact with said conscience? Through writing letters to it of course! Need some convincing?

Well, I hurl a lot of verbal abuse about, make mistakes that could cost me everything I hold dear, and occasionally I get things – sort of – right. And where else could you read about lipsticks, rhubarb crumble and foam fights all in one mini-fic?

Well, I think I’ve convinced you enough. Don’t tell me you’re not tempted! Read my personal letters addressed to my conscience, and be amazed and enthralled at how utterly unstable my life is ...

Sincerely,
Lily

Dried Petals by Sentinelity

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary:
It withers in the musky atmosphere.

Delicate as they fall,

The final minutes of life they hold so dear.

Yet,

Why do those red eyes laugh?

A Past Reclaimed by nuw255

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Sequel to A Stolen Past. Please read that story first, as this one really won’t make sense if you don’t.

Harry Potter has rejoined the Wizarding world after a year-long absence, but still has no memory of his time at Hogwarts. Will he ever get his memory back? Will he be able to pass his classes without it? And most importantly, will he ever be able to defeat Lord Voldemort? Read on as the last of the mysteries introduced in A Stolen Past are finally revealed.

This is a story of friendship and mystery, with a healthy dose of H/G thrown in for good measure.
