I am a working mother living in Arkansas. I like to spend my time playing with my daughter, scrapbooking, watching movies and using the internet. I have two cats who are incredibly funny and annoying. My daughter is an incredible blessing to me. She is the best thing that I've ever done.

I have a four fanfics up. My multi chapter fic is called Distraction. It was my first fanfic so it's dear to me. It's plot got blown out of the water by HBP, but that's okay. It's finally done and I hope you like it.
Charlie's Angel (I know, cheesy name, but I couldn't resist) is a one-shot based on Charlie Weasley. It's mostly a romance with some mystery.
My third fanfic is about the trio plus Ginny's first horcrux hunt. It was written for one of the monthly challenges. It's got some Ron/Hermione mushy stuff.
My fourth and newest story is a Term Challenge submission. It's called Rest In Peace. It got Second Place in the Challenge so I'm so thrilled and honored! Neville is the central character. I meant to write it as a sequel to Distraction but I couldn't have an OC as a main character per the terms of the challenge so you'll have to read it to find out who I pair Neville up with.

Poor Ninette! You are writing her beautifully. I love seeing Bill and Charlie at Hogwarts. Charlie is just like I imagined he would be - friendly and unflappable. I like the backstory on Tonks too. If only she and Nanette could see in each others' minds. They would see what good friends they could be. I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually. Thanks!
Author's Response: I wasn't going to put Charlie into the story at all, but I checked the Lexicon about Tonks, and found out that she was probably the same age as Charlie, and it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. I've really enjoyed writing him, and Bill as well - they are very fun characters. You're right - Tonks and Ninette have trouble seeing eye to eye . . . but as for their future, you'll have to wait and see! Thanks for the review!

Author's Response: Glad you enjoyed Zeppie's heroics! Ginny getting bent out of shape about the Firebolt was mainly due to her Weasley pride. Coming from a family that always had to scrimp, it's a bit overwhelming for her that Harry would spend so much money on a present for her, when she certainly couldn't do the same for him. It'll all get resolved in the next chapter though!

Good for Draco! You've made the change in him natural and logical. I wonder if anyone has ever switched houses at Hogwarts? The way Draco is going, he might have to : ). Author's Response: I'm SO glad that you said that about the change I'm trying to bring about in Draco. I think he's a great character, just a little to mean, so I'm fixing him :) It's funny, but I actually thought about the switching houses thing, I'd just have to find a plausible excuse for them doing it. After what he said to Crabbe, Goyle, and Pansy, he's probably going to be shunned by most of his fellow Slytherins. I say most because there may be a few other good apples in the barrel of rotten ones :) Hmmmm.....Ron and Hermione getting back at Fred and George? Terrific idea! I'd just have to think of the perfect revenge.....Mwahaha! I am hoping to submit chapter 6 in the next two days! I'm really feeling a rush to finish this before July 16th.

Author's Response: You're the first reviewer to pick up on the bit of foreshadowing I did with Draco and Luna, or at least the first to mention it. There will be some future conversations between the two once they are at Hogwarts, but it won't be pretty. I'm hoping to submit the next chapter tomorrow, so watch for it!

As I was working on chapter three this scene popped into my head. It is Maeve and Severus' death. I had to write it, just because the idea wouldn't leave me alone, so here it is. It's what could happen in a hundred years or so... so don't get too traumatised. :-)
