My pen-name's: Polaris Dakota and Mortigana Valliante. I will never tell who I really am but if you want to get my attention or are a good friend call me Polaris!
Polaris Dakota is a name i created for a character in an upcomming story. Polaris is the north star and is full of meaning (read about it!), while Dakota is a wolf name....think HARD.
I am terrible at grammar and spelling and it often takes five or six tries for a chapter to go through when i write!
Usually, and this is no lie, i have ABOUT six people, sometimes more (Usually), helping me correct my stories: Huskers, Diana, Lee, Shay, Kristy, the three vixens and a few others.
I am outstandingly loyal and brave...and boastful. I will defend my friends in an instant without a care for my safty and have a knack for running outside in the rain to rescue ancient lawn orniments from impending doom.
I am also a camp councelor.
I love a good laugh and am always quick to smile. If you dont like my jokes feel free to blame my parents.
I love Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron fics. I am also a big fan of Tonks/Lupin but any Lupin fics are cool. I also enjoy Snape/other charry but HATE HATE HATE Hermione/Draco and Hermione/Snape. I think they are disgusting.
I only comment on stories I like...however, if asked to coment then i will...but i will be brutally honest.
I deeply appreciate Crafty Slytherin and anyone who supports my work. This includes Moonymaniac! I love her story so far and I encourage you to read it, she has great potential and is a better writer by FAR than i am.

Also, read Through Time and Space and Harry Potter and the Unlocked Mind. Two of my three favorite stories! My story follows the timelines set up by HUSKERS but gives reference to Snape from Through Time and Space.

Harry Potter and the Unlocked Mind by Huskers
Rated: 1st-2nd Years •Summary: Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione struggle to fill their roles in the two prophecies. Time is growing short and the finally battle looms. Who will decide where and when it takes place? Will the foursome find the key to Harry's victory in time?
This is the year seven sequel to, Harry Potter and the Blood Traitor. Read that first, or you will have no clue what is going on in this. Now that HBP is out, and I have continued to post my story, Harry Potter and the Unlocked Mind, I thought I would take a second to say this. Unlocked Mind will not be modified in any way to accomodate any of the cannon from HBP. Unlocked Mind, while not posted, was essentially finished before the release of JKR's book. Any similarities that my version of year seven has that may tie it to JKR's version of year six are coincidence.

i love your work, you know this, and so im giving you a ten but what constantly bothers me is: to, two and too. "to" is used "I know how to tie my shoes". "two" is the number. "too" is used ONLY as "me too" or "there are too many pieces of cheese." Thats the only thing that bothers me really, and i knooooow "who are YOU, POLARIS, to be critcizing MY gramatical skills when it takes YOU three weeks to pass a chapter?!" ....well....just thought ya should know! TA!
Author's Response: Don't appoligize for correcting my grammar. I know it is horrid. In the future send me an e-mail with the location of the specific error and I will fix it in the story. Thanks for telling me what you think.

I have been waiting, impatiently, to put this chapter up since the first review came in for Christmas Surprise, of my sixth year story,Blood Traitor, and everyone wanted to push Bridgette off a cliff. The poor girl. It was really interesting to gauge my own reaction to the statements of dislike for her, when I knew she was going to die.
Thanks for the review. Just so you know, the next few chapters, are not much better.

Author's Response: More of Dragon Harry, Chapter 10 you get to see him again. No, Hagrid will not stumble upon him. As for the lions, he already has. I just didn't happen to write about it. There is simply no way to write about every single thing that happens in this world. Some of it you have to leave to the reader to fill in how they want to. That is how we have come up with all these fan fic stories in the first place.

I have to leave another review because i keep comming back to your story every other hour and as page loads i sit on tenterhooks (about 10 seconds) with my fingers, toes, legs and arms crossed going-"please be updated please be updated please be updated!" Im too excited to wait! I've never been the patient type and i think i might have a heart attack if the moderators do not let you have your way soon!

Author's Response: I'm sorry, I can't do anything about the mods. That is not to say I'm complaining about them. blazing_axe, who mods all my stuff does a great job and he does it in timely manner every chapter. I write long chapters, so it can take him a while to get through them sometimes and he has other stories to take care of also. Chapter two went in the queue yesterday, and I expect it to be approved sometime on Sunday.

As for revenge on the twins and Bridgette and the rest of the DA, well seeing as the foursome is stuck at the school and the others are home now, it might be a little while. Of course, that just gives them time to plan. And with Hermione's brains, Ginny's daring and then Ron and Harry, well revenge could be very sweet.
Of course they all have to live long enough for the revenge pranks to happen. Did I just say that? I'm not going to confirm or deny any deaths at this time.
Chapter 3 is in the queue for all you who want me to update.

Author's Response: What do you mean always?? Hermione and Ginny are very powerful "good" witches. So were Ravenclaw and Huffelpuff. Slytherin, Grindelwald, and Voldemort are evil men. I use Morgana because JKR does. In book one, we hear about Morgana being on a Chocolate Frog card, so is Merlin. I am assuming that both Merlin and Morgana are from the legend of King Arthur. Merlin was good, Morgana happened to be the great evil sorcerer of Merlin's time.

Author's Response: Thank you for your compliments. Draco, he is going to make a few apperances in this story, but over all I neglected him. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do with him until I was nearly done writing year seven, and by then it was to late for me to give him more scenes. I think it is safe to say that people will be staisfied with what I do with him by the end of this book. He is going to pick a little bit of a fight with Ginny. Anyone who has read my stuff, knows he is in for a shock.
Dumbledore, does not have and animagus at this time in my story. He may get one as I work on a few of my edits to later chapters of, Unlocked Mind, but I doubt it.
I will be glad to take a look at your story for you.

Author's Response: No, I don't expect this to be anyone's favorite. It certainly wasn't one of my favorites to write. I have to admit I'm glad it is behind me, so to speak. I wish I was ready to put up chapter 17 (I like it a bit better than this one) but, alas, I'm going out of town tomorrow for the weekend. Hopefully early next week. Potter/Evans, huh? I'll try not to disappoint, but it won't be seen as personally as Remus/... , since this story will only show what Remus will see of it. I hope it will be a pleasant side story, though.
