Author's Response: uhhhhhh... boy, I stink at summaries. Draco is slowly falling for Hermione as he comes to see her as a person, not a "mudblood." Herms isn't paying much attention because she's miserable about Harry and Ron not being around AND having become jerks after defeating Voldy. I think that pretty much covers the story so far.

Author's Response: I agree with you completely, and I think that this would have been better with a couple more chapters, but unfortunately I couldn\'t do that, since I was working with a deadline. This fic was a gift, and part of an exchange, so it had to be kept at one-shot length. I\'m glad to know you thought it was good, since of course I was really concerned about that, since I\'ve never even considered writing a D/Hr fic before this one. Thanks so much for the great review; I always appreciate constructive criticism. :]

I liked it, it as very sad from Snape's point of view but I don't think anyone could ever see them together. I think Lily was a bit confident if you know what I mean in the last bit when telling James she liked him, but I loved the fiction.
