honestly think i've read the first book 20 times...have it almost memorized!! have read the other books around 10 times each :)

MOMENTS OF BLISS by moonymaniac
Rated: 6th-7th Years •Summary: Remus Lupin is a man with a tragic past, filled with pain, suffering and sorrow. But it is also a past filled with great adventure, true friendship and…love? Even though the odds were against him, Remus found happiness at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He had the Marauders, he was a prefect and his transformations were less horrible, thanks to his Animagi friends. What more could a teenage werewolf want? And how long could his happiness last? Remus and the Marauders prove that in the saddest of lives and darkest of times, there can still be moments of bliss.
Remus centric but with a lot of the other Marauders. This story is a romance, but has almost as much general Marauder era background and side story as romance.
Pre-HBP and DH, so some things from DH will be disregarded, as the warning indicates, but some Spoilers will be incorporated.

so, i just read all 60 chapters in the past two days. GREAT story! you are really good at writing! i always hate reading stories that aren't finished yet, but I'm really glad i read this one :) i'll keep checking for updates. I think you do a really good portrayal of the struggles remus would have, but still write a humorous, enjoyable story!

It's too frustrating...the waiting...and then when the author abandons the story...ARGHHH.... <.< I'm guilty of the making readers wait...horribly, but barring major catastrophe, I will not abandon you or MoB. Anyway, I'm really glad you started reading, too. Thank you so much for reviewing and letting me know you are enjoying my portrayal. It keeps me going. Hi! I'm glad you're reading, whatever the order. :) The second story in the series, A Wolf in the Moonlight, has in the summary that it's a sequel to Once in a Blue Moon, but the rest (except Dark Angel, which only mentioned that it wasn't an official part of the series) name the fics that came before in the author note of each first chapter. I made that decision because while I'd hate for anyone not to read something they're interested in because they haven't read other stories, I couldn't resist mentioning the ones that went before in hopes they'd go read them, too . . . sooner or later. ;)

GREAT story!! There are a lot of stories about the next generation getting in trouble but you managed to make a fresh story that didn't seem like all the others! I love how you threw in the toad named delores, Gilderoy Lockhart, and a Wii! it just made it that much better and funnier.

Lyra's decision comes with many surprises, including a new ally who follows her to the final battle of good versus evil. While Lyra's path may seem clear, she finds herself torn between two sides for the final time, and in the end, despite tragedy and loss, Lyra accomplishes the impossible...which defies all of the agreements she and her family ever made.
