I'm currently working as a singer/dancer on a cruise ship. I have no desire to be a writer, but I am an avid reader of almost everything! My degree is in English Literature and I'm a grammar tyrant, so feel free to message me if you need a beta-reader!
My primary interest in fanfiction is slash, but I'll read anything as long as its well read! Favourite pairings include Harry/Draco, Remus/Sirius, and Dumbledore/Grindelwald. If you have any recommendations, send them my way! Pet peeves include the misuse of hyphens and apostrophes and poor characterisation.
Oh, and I'm a Ravenclaw, both in personality and on Pottermore!

Summary: Having just been dumped by his girlfriend, Hugo Weasley is not in the mood for his cousin's party, even when James assures him that he'll soon snap up a 'wicked-looking witch'. And with Lily hell-bent on fixing him up with the boring Eliza Finch-Fletchley, the evening looks to be taking a sharp turn for the worse.
But on the other side of the room, one guest is watching him closely. Will Hugo be able to resist?
The Sexual situations are mild and the strong profanity is fleeting (but necessary) hence the rating.
This story was originally written for a Musical drabble exchange in the SBBC. The song that inspired me was 'Falling Slowly' by Glen Hansard. Thanks must go to Lia (Liandrin) for introducing me to the song, Jess (ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor) for beta'ing the original drabble, and Elene (CoolCatElly) for beta'ing the extended version.

Title: Chapter 1: Eyes That Know Me
This was a lovely story that was written beautifully. Its so great that my vocabulary has been reduced to a single noise.

I have a Remus/Sirius called Monochrome, and a few others on this site featuring other pairings (Truth or Dare, Drowning Not Waving). I can also heartily recommend hestiajones who has written some amazing Scugo fics (Scorpius/Hugo, like this one) and ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor who writes amazing angsty ssp. Great story

Title: Chapter 4: Vengeance
Wow. That was not how I expected the story to end! Or at least, not before they went down into the chamber. Very well-written story and the characters were fantastically created, particularly Salazar himself. Well done!
