I am not Hr/Dr person. I came across this story accidently and I fell in love with it. It was very well written and (in my opinion) Draco's character development was very believable. The ending was very sweet and I can't wait to read more of your work!

Summary: Post HBP One-shot. Harry, Ron, and Hermione have taken several more steps down that "dark and twisting path" that will eventually lead Harry to Voldemort. Injuries and loneliness have already taken their toll, and Harry is beginning to lose faith in the few remaining shreds of hope he had been unknowingly clinging to. Fortunately, though, a surprise visitor is about to change all that, and Harry Potter is about to be shown that the choices he made at the end of last year were not just his to make in the first place. (Some Ron/Hermione but mostly Harry/Ginny).

This story is so touching and the writing is very smooth. You capture Harry's despair and Ginny's bravery (and what they feel for each other) in a very moving way.

Author's Response: Thank you very much, I have always felt that Ginny was an extremely brave person - especially since she's fallen for a "marked man." I made Harry fairly depressed in my story because I felt that IF Harry is separated from Ginny for a significant amount of time, loneliness and sadness are sure to set in. Hi, I forgot to mention this in the email that I sent so I thought I would post it here. I loved the the discussion between Ron and Percy. My favorite part was: '"You disowned the family, turned your back on Dumbledore, and tried to get me to cut off my best mate! You made Mum cry!” In Ron’s eyes these crimes were equal. Sons shouldn’t make their mums cry if they could help it. Period.' This is so Ron. It is indicative of his intense loyalty, especially to his mom. Thanks for the story nightfall00
