Hi!

(2010 - may)

It's been a while since I've been on mnff and I don't currently have any story in the HP fandom in the work.

I still read my reviews and if you have any question, you can still contact me in the mnff-forum.

One of my favorite chapter, up to now. I'm sure there are still many other great ones to come. Keep 'em comin'! I especially liked who you turned a drunken kiss into something believable and not cliché. See you!

Author's Response: Thanks a lot!

Summary: Two more from the Wolfstar ship list. One-shot scene takes place just after 'Snape's Worst Memory' ends in OoTP.

Date: 03/01/06 Title: Chapter 1: An Unseeing Eye

This is nice... I was also wondering where I could find the wolfstar list you are mentionning... could you tell me by replying to this review? I don't have much else to say about the story itself since I'm always a bit on the edge about slash stories... I like them straight too but putting them together add a little bit of pepper to the mix...

Author's Response: Thanks for reading and reviewing! The wolfstar ship list can be found at Madam Puddifoot's on the forums, at this link. http://fanfiction.mugglenet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4808 You will not be able to view it if you aren't Sorted and registered, though.

Hermione's House by Hermione Weasley_Ginny Potter

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Hermione and Harry usually go to the Burrow during the summer, but during the summer after Harry’s sixth year, Ron, Harry, and Ginny go to Hermione’s house instead, and teenage hormones decide to rage. This fic is its own, and completely ignoring everything that happened in HBP. Please read and review!

I liked it even though the end was a little too fluffy for my personal liking. but everyone's got to get a little fluff from time to time. Nice work!

Author's Response: \'Thanks! I\'m a sucker for fluffy stuff, so I tend to write fluffy stuff... hehe... thanks for reading, xoxo.

Arg! so close! it was nice and you described a very funny summer day at the lake... ahhh, I can't wait for summer! Keep on writing!

Author's Response: Thanks! Oh, I will never stop writing, trust me ;) xoxo

Nice, nice, nice... This is going to be interesting. Just the fact that you decided to put the action at Hermione's house instead of the Burrow already give you a more unique feel when you read the story. The change of decor is nice. I'm really looking foward to see how this will turn out. 9/10 for the second chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks!

The Ribbon by Monster Book of Monsters

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: This could have actually taken place within the story - 5th and 6th year. A sweet story about Hermione, Ron, and a special ribbon.
Reviewer: SimplyMe Signed
Date: 03/10/06 Title: Chapter 1: One Shot

Very nice one shot. Simple but nice. I don't know if you did it on purpose or not but you can't put a bookmark between pages 1467 and 1468. Those are on the two sides of the same sheet of paper...

Author's Response: Wow! Very observant! Heck, I would have never thought of that in a million years... (obviously). Thanks for the review. :)

Still Beautiful by Drako Malfoi

Rated: Professors •
Summary: This is a different twist on Draco's increasing anti-social behavior. The trauma of his past has driven him to a life of murder and violence. Draco write one journal entry, just one, but he pours his emotions onto the page. Read them here.

This is psycho! it's like entering the mind of a true serial killer; him wanting to possess his victim forever, refusing his departure... it's scary because it's so real. to tell you the truth, I would be scared to meet you. but since it's so realistic, it's great at the same time. but still psycho

Author's Response: Wow, this is, I think, the nicest review I've ever gotten for this fic. Haha. You're a lovely person; I'm VERY glad you enjoyed it. I promise, though, I'm not insane. I'd just finished reading a book about Jeffery Dahmer. Haha. Anyway, thanks for the review! xox Drako

Hi there! I think the material in the last chapter could have been enough for a one-shot or that you could even have made just one long chapter since the first one is so short. I think you did a great job on this one. My favourite parts? The fingers when they are holding hands and the 'pinch me!' bit. Made me laugh... Great!

Author's Response: Ooh! Thank you so much! This has to be one of my best reviews since you write one of my favorite stories!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! LOL! Well, I\'m so happy that \"Dearest Hermione\" is still up!!! Well, best of luck! Keep reading, and thanks again for dropping in for a peak at my story!

A Difficult Choice by RedheadedWeasley

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: This story is one of a very sensitive nature. Ginny has a pregnancy scare and she and Hermione must figure out how to handle this situation. WARNING: Contains discussion of abortion. If you have a problem with this issue then please do not read this story. I tried my best to keep it non-confrontational, but I would rather not risk the chance of offending anyone. There isn't a sexual situation in this story, but since I do mention sex I added that warning to be safe. Thank you very much.

I also want to say a huge and wonderfully appreciative thank you to ProfPosky for all of the help she gave me on this story. She went through multiple drafts for me and really helped me shape this story into what it wanted to be!!

I don't really know what to think of this. It left me puzzled. Especially the last two paragraphs. It's almost as if this was worse for hermione than for ginny. After all, she is the one who could be pregnant. Is she feeling that way because she doesn't approve of aborption and has somehow agreed to help someone with that process? that's what i'm leaning for though i'm still puzzled. Sometimes you just have to be there for your friends even though you might not agree with their choices.
anyway, nice short one-shot. as you can see, you had me thinking, so if that was your goal with this ff then you succeeded.

Author's Response: As odd as it might sound I am pleased to hear you don\'t really know what to think of the story. The assignment was to write a drabble (clearly I failed there) in which a character has to make a moral decision. Yes, Ginny is the one who could be pregnant and it is therefore hard for her, but I decided to take a different look at this situation and write it from Hermione\'s POV. I\'m glad you enjoyed it and that it got you thinking. That was indeed one of my goals. Thanks so much for taking the time to review!

You Tell Her by SnorkackCatcher

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: As the Trio begin their quest, Hermione has an uneasy feeling that there's something very important Harry and Ron aren't telling her. And as it happens, she's absolutely right. But some things just aren't easy to tell when you're sure your friend won't want to hear them ... [Set shortly post-HBP. Gen + the canon ships.]

Liked it even though it was stretched a little too long for me. Some funny lines here and there even though some reference to dumbledore (some of his lines from the books...) were a bit too much. but, yes, good one-shot.

Author's Response: Thank you. It did turn out longer than I thought it would. I\'m afraid I couldn\'t resist having Remu echo Dumbledore at one point!

The Woes of Petunia Dursley by xCoHoRoIoSoToAx

Summary: This is a one-shot of a day Petunia spends at home with two babies, Harry and Dudley, while Vernon is at work.

I think that this story is highly unprobable but it's still sweet to think that Harry wasn't as mistreated as it appeared in the books. If only that was real... every child deserve to be love. Heartwarming little one-shot.

Casting Grouch by remus R us

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: What if, all the world's a stage, and the characters of HP fan fiction are actors? This is the story of what happened between 'gigs', when characters meet in the Great Hall to share their complaints about how they're portrayed. Dumbledore has been rooted out of retirement after 'dying', James has doubts about Harry's paternity, Remus rants, and Voldemort does a Gilderoy.

In short, mayhem ensues.

These are not Jo's sterling characters. This group of players has been forced to enact some of the most atrocious parts in fan fiction-dom, and they're all primed and ready for the casting grouch.

Well thought out! It's true that if you read some (or a lot) of fanfiction, you soon notice most of the things you wrote about. The concept was nice and I laught out loud a couple of times. There's still some points that you could add to the mix and maybe they'll be in the sequel... Thumbs up to you!

Author's Response: Thanks! Any points specifically? Let me know!

Invincible by annie

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: In the midst of a war-torn world, Harry lives carrying the wizarding world’s burdens, while Draco willingly follows his leader in darkness. When they meet one evening in the most unexpected of places, however, they find that their differences can be put aside, even if just for one night. Based on the song “Invincible” by Jesse McCartney.

wow! I really liked it. I think I would have to read it one more time to make sure I understood everything but still... very interesting way to tell the story. But like the other reviewers mentionned, I'm a bit confused by a few parts. Doesn't matter! I still really liked this one-shot!

Author's Response: Thanks! I agree; some parts are confusing, and I apologise for that. I tend to write a lot of pointless one-shots just for the sake of writing a particular scene I have stuck in my mind that doesn\'t seem to fit into any of my multi-chapter fics.

Yes, this is very different than mine. In a good way, too! I think I liked the gold ribbon the most. Sometimes, little touches make a big difference. Great work

Author's Response: Thanks very much for reading it! And I agree. The little things sometimes make all the difference in the world! :] ♥
